My favorite is Tabata with Andy on Tuesdays at 7pm or Sundays at 8am. This is a very intensive class and is meant to make you sweat. Andy is so great at keeping the class motivated and making sure you are pushing yourself to be the best you can. The studio is always clean and well taken care of. They have cubbies to hold your stuff while you are in class and they keep the doors lock when someone isn't at the desk so you don't have to worry about anyone stealing it. They have extra mats, towels, and water for anyone who may have forgotten any gear. There are showers/changing rooms to use after the class is over. They offer amazing class packages and the price is very reasonable for a yoga studio. They also do not pressure you to buy huge memberships and run specials throughout the year that make the packages more affordable. I plan to continue coming here for many years and would love to see the studio grow!
