My favorite is Tabata with Andy on Tuesdays at 7pm or Sundays at 8am. This is a very intensive class and is meant to make you sweat. Andy is so great at keeping the class motivated and making sure you are pushing yourself to be the best you can. The studio is always clean and well taken care of. They have cubbies to hold your stuff while you are in class and they keep the doors lock when someone isn't at the desk so you don't have to worry about anyone stealing it. They have extra mats, towels, and water for anyone who may have forgotten any gear. There are showers/changing rooms to use after the class is over. They offer amazing class packages and the price is very reasonable for a yoga studio. They also do not pressure you to buy huge memberships and run specials throughout the year that make the packages more affordable. I plan to continue coming here for many years and would love to see the studio grow!

The owner Melissa is not welcoming. It's my 3rd interaction with her, she's gives me a death stare…read moreand is condescending when she speaks to me. Her aura is dark and I'm not sure how she advocates for wellness when she is not friendly. The first few times I ignored it but the last time I was more observant and it's clear she is is racist against brown people. With others she's completely different. Mind you I'm always the only brown person in the class. She made me and my friends feel really uncomfortable in a previous class but at this point it is not a coincidence she is clearly racist and discriminative. I booked a class with a different yoga teacher this time to avoid her but she was still there.

Burn Boot Camp just recently opened up and I am so grateful to have my new "Burn Family". Emily is an amazing trainer and her energy mixed with her attitude, dedication and motivation makes it such a wonderful atmosphere. Not only does she keep you on your toes and make you push harder than you thought you could, she will entertain you. Burn uses body weight exercises and uses dumbells, bands, burn bars, the rig, and other items. I feel it is a mix between crossfit (much safer and not so strenuous on your joints) and a bootcamp class. If your looking for a change and want a gym to fulfill your needs and you like class based gyms this is for you. They offer many sessions to include 5am which is very hard to come by in the area. They also have "Childwatch" that is included with your membership for certain times of the day. Give it a try you will not be disapointed.

She had paid for a drop in class, then afterwards decided she wanted the aforementioned package to which the studio refused at that point. The monthly unlimited was great because it let me try many styles of yoga with the many teachers available there. By the time I was ready to purchase class passes, I already determined which instructors I prefer and the classes I get the most out of. I believe every yogi will find something they enjoy at this studio. There are two studios, one very large space and another small studio. I have never had trouble while attending classes in the large space, but have been a little too close for comfort in the small space. Sometimes the instructors really cram yogis into this space when they should honestly turn folks away. Also to note is that most classes do not start on time as they are waiting for late arrivals; usually no more than five minutes. It doesn't bother me too much especially because they will extend the practice. However, that means you will get out of class later than you might expect. There is always a variety of classes at various times throughout the day, seven days a week. So many options to practice. Parking is available along the street and in a parking lot on the side of the building that is accessed via an alleyway in the back.
