Her aura is dark and I'm not sure how she advocates for wellness when she is not friendly. The first few times I ignored it but the last time I was more observant and it's clear she is is racist against brown people. With others she's completely different. Mind you I'm always the only brown person in the class. She made me and my friends feel really uncomfortable in a previous class but at this point it is not a coincidence she is clearly racist and discriminative. I booked a class with a different yoga teacher this time to avoid her but she was still there.

This is my Go To workout studio! I have been coming here for multiple years now and have tried many…read moreof the classes they offer. My favorite is Tabata with Andy on Tuesdays at 7pm or Sundays at 8am. This is a very intensive class and is meant to make you sweat. Andy is so great at keeping the class motivated and making sure you are pushing yourself to be the best you can. The studio is always clean and well taken care of. They have cubbies to hold your stuff while you are in class and they keep the doors lock when someone isn't at the desk so you don't have to worry about anyone stealing it. They have extra mats, towels, and water for anyone who may have forgotten any gear. There are showers/changing rooms to use after the class is over. They offer amazing class packages and the price is very reasonable for a yoga studio. They also do not pressure you to buy huge memberships and run specials throughout the year that make the packages more affordable. I plan to continue coming here for many years and would love to see the studio grow!

Daniel is an amazing boxing coach as well an amazing mentor for anyone younger or older. He takes personal investment in your training, your goals and your fitness and this is something I value a lot. I greatly miss my days here and it's very disappointing I moved to where I can't attend the gym several times a week like I used too. As well the culture Daniel has built at his gym is one of a kind and is truly a family. Everyone is there to help you and to push you to be your best because everyone sees the potential in everyone. The self discipline I was taught has truly shaped me into the young man I am today, I know for a fact I wouldn't be the same person without boxing and especially without DMC Boxing Academy. Not to mention they keep their gym in extremely good shape with new equipment and everyone is taught to clean up after themselves and sanitize everything that you use. The gym was always clean and never smelled. I want to share a core memory of mine here which was getting into the ring, then throwing up (I made it to the toilet), and then getting right back in the ring and going at it again. Now this wasn't forced, but it's what I wanted, and that takes heart & self discipline, which again I wouldn't of had without this gym.
