(ive asked past mechanics). had to spend 800$ more to fix the fuel rails they bent and ruined 2 injectors. small claims has been filed. the front desk guy is a complete rude inconsiderate moron. doesn't know anything about vehicles. these people will rob you. good luck with the small claims

Labor estimate was $500 BUT they were "unable" to tell me what type of flywheel I would need. Somehow their computer couldnt look up what parts they would need to make the repair so my quote was an open ended $1200. They said they wouldnt know until they pulled the transmission....REALLY? Are people that dumb? Sure, let me leave you my car, NOT knowing how much you really intend to rip me off because you "dont know" I seriously hope no one is that naive.

They did the work and this may be an oversize. I went to get my oil changed at amazing place in rapid. I am notified that my plug to the transfer case was barely tightened. This was shown to me before they did the oil change. Because of this I give them 3 stars. This could have been detrimental.

It was at the shop for well over a month for a repair that should have taken less than a week. Parts availability was not the issue. I continually struggled to get updates on the status of the repair via email or phone. When the truck was finally repaired I received an invoice that lumped labor and parts together. I requested a more detailed breakdown and was told they don't do that. I checked with other repair shops in the area and none of them bill like that. This was a warranty issue and I couldn't even tell what parts they received from ford. The lack of transparency in a bill is concerning to me. I had to explain I needed the breakdown because it was warranty issue to get more info. A fact they should have known. On my way home I stopped to check for leaks under my truck and they hadn't even attempted any clean up of oil and fluids spilled during the repair the underside was covered with spilled fluids enough that a film of it covered my tailgate while driving. This place may be good for locals . But they didn't seem to interested in customer service or pride of work on my truck and I can only guess it was because they knew they wouldn't have to warranty any of their Job because I would be in my home state too far away to return.
