It was across from the hotel so I thought ok I'll grab a steak easy peasy. Well I should have checked Yelp first. As it only got two stars. Me giving it ONE is too many. OMG how is this place still in business‍ the place was empty first of all so hardly anyone in there and it took them 10 minutes (No exaggeration) to see me/recognize me waiting to be seated. Then the funny part, she was confused as to where to sit me LIKE AT ANY OF THE 30 TABLES THAT ARE EMPTY Hellooo!! Well after sitting down the waitress was nice and did her job well. HOWEVER, after a few bites of my steak I was like this doesn't taste right, but I'm starving so keep plowing. Then I realize this freaking meat is spoiled! I mean flat out rancid! OMG . I literally B-lined out of there so I could get back to hotel and scrub my teeth This place should be closed, conversely I went across the street tonight to Texas Roadhouse and had a amazingly FRESH great tasting steak. There were 3 of us for lunch at about 12:30 pm at Logan's in Saginaw yesterday, July 2, 2025. We were greeted promptly by Melanie. My 91 year old mother was a little apprehensive about the music being a little loud. Melanie seated us and turned the music way down in the section we were in. She was very friendly. Our waitress was Alyssa and she was also fabulous. They both were outstanding for customer service. We ordered salads and their grilled meatloaf along with a drink. The Margarita was the best my sister ever had. We didn't have to ask for extra salad dressing on any of the salads. They were perfect. If you never had Logan's grilled meatloaf, you have been missing out on the best meatloaf anywhere, even my own! Our waitress, Alyssa was friendly and informative. Her service was perfect. We all said it was the best dining we had in a long time and we cannot wait to come back again. read more

Was really looking forward to checking out this place. Walked in at 330 on a Friday and it was nearly empty (only people at two tables that I saw). Was seated by a friendly hostess, waited about 10 minutes without anyone coming by. Saw the hostess walking by and asked if we were maybe seated in a wrong area? She said "I'll be right back" ... and just never came back. Keep driving. This is the worst place to eat. If I would have checked Yelp before going in I would have NEVER come here. As we walked in there were two girls leaning on the counter playing in their phones. I don't see how they have time to lean around on cell phones when this place is soooo dirty. Where to begin. Let's start with cleanliness. There was none. It was FILTHY. while waiting for our appetizer (which took over 30 minutes and it looked like something that had been sitting there all day after it finally arrived) I was able to get a great look at the place. The dining area had food spilled down the sides of the booths that looked like it had been there for a very long time. The floor was absolutely disgusting. It was sticky. I can't imagine what the back where we couldn't see looked like where we couldn't see what was going on. The bathrooms have two stalls. One stall had no toilet paper and the other one had wet toilet paper. There was cobwebs and dust so thick in there that you could visibly see the filth. Again, I cannot imagine what the kitchen looks like. The waitress: she tried to be kind but she was very ineffective. She took the order and barely came back. She would go stand back with the cooks and wait. She kept forgetting to bring the right drinks and rolls. Everything took forever and they were not busy at all. My husband's salad was so sparse with chicken that he left hungry. Our Mac and cheese was cold and my broccoli was inedible. It tasted like soap. I chewed it and spit it out. We ordered medium well steaks they were rare, but we weren't sending them back because we already knew it would take forever to get them back so we just decided to pack them and not eat them. We were there at 7 pm for dinner, immediately upon being seated a server told us he would b right back. 10 minutes later he arrived, no apology for delay, took our drink order, a beer & a coke, 20 minutes later we finally waved him down, asked about our drinks, he said " ya, I don't know what's taking the beer so long "?, I asked what about the coke? He said " oh, I can get that for you!". We also said it was really cold, could he turn the air down?, several other people also were complaining about how cold it was. He took our order, we had to tell him, he didn't ask if we were ready. We have already been there over 1/2 hour. The temperature didn't change and when he finally delivered our drinks, we again mentioned the temperature, after approximately 10 minutes the manager came out & agreed how cold it was, but said " well, I'm in the kitchen & it's really hot in there! He proceeded to move us to the booth across the isle. We asked if he could check on our food, since it was now 8:00pm, he said he would. We never saw him again!!!! We decided to leave, as we were getting up to leave, leaving cash on the table to pay for our drinks, our waiter walked up to us & asked if we wanted takeout boxes?? Yes, seriously!! We left drove next door to Applebee's, seated & had our food in 10 minutes!!! Logan's we have been regularly coming there!! No more!!! read more

The food was passable but wasn't good. The fries were soggy and warm. The service was absolutely atrocious. We sat there for a good 15 minutes waiting for the bill when we were done and there was maybe five tables filled in the whole place. If the waitress spoke twenty words to us, i would be surprised. I ordered from here using the Ubereats service. The first time I ordered the ribs they were wonderful. Great! The next 3 times SO disappointing! The ribs were undercooked, lots of globby unmelted fat, and NO BBQ sauce!! If I had this in the actual restaurant, I would have complained. I feel ripped off, and I will not order from Ebers BBq (their "ghost kitchen") ever again. I am so mad about it that I had to share this incase anyone else is going to order from this place. Happy's Pizza has better ribs than this place. SO disappointed. It was so good before, I don't know what's changed. read more

What might seem tucked in by a chipotle and dropped by a mall - this is better than most roadhouses! Minus the peanuts, this place has truly top k notch service and food. The menu is stocked with goodies, including potato skins "Tex style" that are much better than the protocol. Terra the bartender was super friendly, the "Americana" drips with tasteful subtleties and the food with delicious bits of nostalgia fried in. I give it the five star for its location. read more

My first time coming here was great but i wasn't big on Yelp and leaving reviews just yet last year, but I'm back visiting the area a year later and it wasn't so great. First, the staff is horrendous. We had to ask for everything to be done. Like just getting the waitress's attention to take our drink order/food order. Second, we had to stop her to get our salads out 20 minutes after the orders had been placed. Even after that she never came to ask if we wanted refills, to ask how the food was, etc. Third, one of the orders was messed up and was given and we didn't see the waitress again until she brought us the bill. We mentioned that to her and she brought it to the managers attention who sorta rectified the incident. Also, felt they could've handled that better than they did. Overall, i am giving this two stars because my first experience here was great. But this time was just so miserable and i don't want to give one star because of the last time. But i wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone unless you're just looking for convince since it's within walking of the Hilton hotel. read more

Went to the Logan's in Lakeworth Tx a couple of weeks ago ordered a steak salad when I got it the steak was cold so they took it back the Manager brought it back and said she reheated it on the grill it had runny black grease coming from the meat it was gritty like it had been dropped on the floor I tried cleaning it off and the napkin was solid black inedible if I would have eaten it I'm positive I would have gotten sick makes you wonder if it was on purpose ????? read more

Saturday night we went to order dinner since we had a gift card. We tried to order online but due the gift card we had it wouldn't let us. The card didn't have a PIN on it. So we called in the order and told us about 35 minutes. Its about a 30 minute drive, so i took off. I got there and got our food. I checked the bag and saw two boxes, one for each dinner. Then I also saw two little boxes, one for the rolls and one of the mozzarella sticks. When I got home we realized they forgot the mozzarella sticks. The other small box was the chicken for the one salad. Now I went to call Logan's to see if I can come back and get them or if they would just refund my account the $8. I called and they picked up and said please hold. I sat on hold for five minutes before I decided to just drive back there. While I was driving I sat on hold. 25 minutes later someone picked up the phone. By this point I was almost there. So I told them what happen and I was on my way in. I asked if I could get a complimentary item for all of this. He said sure but didnt know what they could offer. At this point I am at the location. I walk in and they have my mozzie sticks ready. The GM comes out and tells me to stop all this confusion it is best to order online. That they probably didn't hear me and forgot to put it down for the cooks. (But they charged me for it). I explained they wouldn't let me order online because of the card and no PIN. He then tells me to pay by card and they will reimburse me when I get to the store. That sounds like another load of problems. While I am talking to him I hear two other ladies complaining their orders were messed up. The GM ended up writing me a 25% of card for my next order. I told him I probably wont be back but thank you. Now after two hours I finally get home to some cold food to realize when we were to put the chicken on the salad, it was the wrong salad... I give it two stars because the staff is nice and the rolls are always incredible. Unless someone gets me a gift card for there again, I wont be going back. read more

Inattentive service and the food was subpar. We've never eaten at Logan's, and my mom wanted steak, so I suggested we eat here. I've also heard about the peanuts, and throwing the shells on the ground, and honestly, I was looking forward to this experience. (The peanuts are placed in a nasty tin pale for guest to dig through... who knows how many people threw their shells into it... gross...) The server NEVER reassured us while we waited for our food, as she continued to walk past our table and waited on a table that was seated after us. It was also odd that she didn't deliver our appetizers and food herself, but did for the other table. Also, my mom ordered a medium rare steak, but received a medium well, and the flavor was mediocre. We asked to speak with the manager-- not looking for a free meal, but to make him aware of the service and suggestions to improve. Even if we didn't ask for a free appetizer, or to have our meal comped, neither was given. Not even a free dessert! I'd say part of the poor service is due to poor management. Arrived and there were told it would be 20 min. This place was NOT busy at all. Less than 12 table/Both's occupied. I should have turned round and left but this is where my granddaughter wanted to have lunch. Finally seated and it took sometime before the server stopped by the table to let us know she would be with us shortly. This place is not as cleaned to the standards I encounter in other Logan's locations I visit. Checked utensils and there were leftovers on the fork as did one of the plates for appetizers. Ordered a loaded baked potato and charged for one but what I got was a plain baked potato. 12 ounce steak was thin and fatty. For such a thin ribeye cooking it to medium rear should have been simple. Nope, part of the steak was as ordered medium rare the remainder was very rare. Not only was part of my steak under cooked but so was the steak in the Roadhouse steak Cobb salad. Some pieces were medium rare and others were very rare. No reason to bday anything to the server when she has an apathetic attitude. Not a fan avoid this place. My wife and I went for their early bird menu on 1/11/22. With half the place empty, they say it will be a 20 minute wait. Why would you encourage early customers and not schedule staff? We finally get seated and the music is so load we couldn't talk. After our waitress finally shows up, she's yelling at the 1 guy dancing by himself, FROM OUR TABLE, way to go!!. After walking away from us 3 times without saying anything, she finally comes to us chewing gum and putting on hand lotion. Sorry, her name was Belinda or something like that. We asked if the music was going to be that loud and she said "maybe" She talked to us and we couldn't hear her so I said " I can't hear anything you said" I was shocked after all the hassle we had just to get seated and waiting for her to quit yelling " Team Player" at the guy dancing that she would say """ I will come back later!!!!!!!. We said " never mind, we'll just leave and she said """"FINE"""" WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT INTO TEXAS ROADHOUSE AGAIN. read more

The service was very slow while there were at least 5 waitresses on shift all sitting together in a booth on a Sunday evening that wasn't even busy at all talking about their day to day. We ordered the grilled shrimp and it was flavorless and disgusting. I had to do a double take if it was spoiled or maybe not cooked enough but there was no logical reason. It was also only cool not like it was cooked fresh. It took a really long time to get it delivered to our table. When we went to pay we had to ask for our bill and told her we were ready. She left and never came back to collect our money. After 5-10 minutes then standing up with our coats on we had to ask her to take our money. She wasn't doing anything besides talking to the other waitresses. Oh and the rolls weren't even warm when they were brought out and never asked us for refills on our drinks either! Apparently they don't care about the quality of food or service. We will never go back. Very unfortunate for a place that was once good and no where near the quality of the midland location. I don't know how the restaurant or staff can even make money here and probably won't last. read more

I stayed the week at the Hampton next door to this Logan's steak house. I ate here almost every night except one and even that night went there to have a drink after my business dinner. ( by the way the Hampton is good too). The food is very good and excellent by Logan Roadhouse level Restaurant standards. The price is reasonable and excellent if you consider the quality and taste of the meals. The menu is diversified enough that I ate here 3 out of 4 nights and was never short of options. Just the smell of the steaks as I walked to the Resturant from the hotel made my mouth water. Service was top notch and friendly despite being what looked like a little short handed- everyone was pitching in and working as a team. One night I watched a patron give a manager a unreasonably hard time about his impression of his steak being a sirloin when he ordered a ribeye. I understand a disagreement, but this individual either was having a really bad day or purposefully trying to illicit and adverse response from the manager. I ended up leaving due to being uncomfortable with the patron's repeated abusive response. The manager remained professional through out the exchange. I travel 3 weeks a month all around the country- I eat at some very high end restaurants when I'm with clients. This little roadhouse is a gem and a go to for my future visits to the Saginaw area for business. If you live or work on a budget- enjoy good food, value and solid customer service - I think you will be happy with your experience here. My compliments the entire Roadhouse team for making this "road warrior" feel at home. If 50% of your menu is steak, you should know how to cook one! We went around lunch time on a Saturday, not busy. First let me say, the staff was great, no issue there. The manager tried to correct our problem but the steak still wasn't medium rare. When your spending money on prime rib it should be cooked properly. Twice it was over cooked. We also ordered soup and it was only slightly warm and I received a very dry potato. After spending $70 (including tip) we left unhappy and hungry. read more

I'm on the road, I just want good food & friendly service Pluses: the steak was cooked to the proper temperature. The lobster wasn't rubbery. The rolls are crazy good and served hot & fresh. I'm serious, every. single. time. I get order from here I get something completely thrown together and NOT what I asked for. My coworker ordered steak, they give home a 1lb burger patty with steak sauce. GROSS! I order the fried cheeseburger - they put 2 mozzarella sticks on my burger and call it good. I order BBQ fries, haven't gotten them a single time. Meat is always burned and charred - almost like they left it on a fire for 30 minutes before moving. They always give the wrong sauces, ranch, and condiments. RARELY provide silverware. I'm serious - we get Logan's about once a month at my work place and I couldn't tell you a single pleasant memory. The ONLY reason I have continued to eat here is because my coworkers do the ordering. If you want to come here for a pleasant meal, you're in for the exact opposite. Cannot believe this has been happening for MONTHS now (every single thing I mentioned has) without any adjustment. I pay $14 for a burger with a mozzarella stick and one piece of bacon? AWFUL! Was the worst time I've had at a steak house in several years. We waited forever for everything. There was one large party near us, that our server didn't have. And no one else anywhere in our half of the restaurant. Didn't ever bring everything she was suppose to. Would ask if we wanted something and never bring it back. Had to ask her several time for cocktail sauce, by time she brought it my shrimp was cold. My ribeye was very well done, when I asked for medium. Was very dry and chewy. The rest of my party asked for well done and got rare. My husband had to ask for a refill after several times of her bringing stuff, that she kept forgetting. So just an overall bad experience for $110. And yes we still left a tip. But won't be back. read more

Service in beyond horrible. Waitresses spend more time playing with their cell phones than checking on tables. Once your food is on the table( and it took forever to get) that's the last you see of your server... until the bill arrives. Lucky's in Bay City is a much better choice. read more

There are some good Logan's roadhouse restaurant. I've been to a couple of them. This is not one of them. Very poorly managed. Poor quality food. Very disappointing. As with most chain restaurants, the success of the place depends on management. Maybe their numbers are OK because they have a lot of one time customers. read more
