We elected to door dash from Logan's last night because I hadn't been feeling well. I got the grilled teriyaki chicken and my husband got the chicken and sausage pasta. This grilled chicken was amazing! I am very picky about chicken but the flavor of the chicken and the bed of rice was so good! The green beans were a little blah, but I was so full from the chicken and the rice I didn't need green beans anyway. For the first time, I ordered the Logans Cinnamon Rolls. You get 6 rolls delivered in a pan to your table to take and bake. Directions are very good and listed on the outside of the container. You also get a bowl of white icing. The icing was a disaster. It was thin as a glass of water and was probably just milk only. Unacceptable for such a find restaurant as Logan's Roadhouse. I eat at this Logans a lot and complained to the waitress on my next meal visit hoping to get a replacement bowl of icing, but she just laughed and said it should not have happened. read more

We went to this restaurant yesterday, 9/2/25. My husband ordered a steak medium and it came as well done. He cut into it and told waitress so she took it back and brought another. It too looked well done no pink in it. My husband, a friend and I each had a bite and it didn't even taste like a steak. We don't know what it was but not beef. They took it back and took amount off the bill. I NOT ORDER STEAK AT Logan's! Giving a 1 star but would rather not. read more

Waitress was great but that is the only positive I can say. Ordered a medium rare ribeye... about 1/8th of it was cooked correctly, the rest had NO pink at all, was way over cooked. It was more like a breakfast steak or fajita meat - super thin, no marbling and just a cheap cut of meat in my opinion. Maybe they have a new cook or something but it was so unevenly prepared that an experienced cook would not have sent that steak out. I sent it back and ordered sliders to go instead. They served them on dinner rolls? Interesting.... If I had not sent the steak back, the total would have been over $70 for 2 people-unbelievable for a chain with subpar cuts of meat for a "steakhouse". The check was still over $50 for LUNCH. Service is always great, price is reasonable making it affordable for families, seating is almost always immediate unlike the steakhouse down the street where the manager holds tables for friends. Music and noise is at a normal level. Food is cooked perfect. We've ordered take out here and it was outstanding as well. This is our go to steakhouse when we are in Paducah. read more

It was so not worth the trouble or the price. My two daughters stopped here my daughter and I ordered tea with lemon ordered 6oz center cut sirloin 1 medium, 1 medium rare and 1 to go medium and cheeseburger. The first go 1 medium rare was completely raw it took them 30 minutes to fix and another 10 to get my to go that was also raw. Waitress did the best she could we could hear cook yelling and throwing dishes in kitchen because we sent food back. I refused our to go order. They didn't charge me for it. My youngest didn't like her burger the mac and cheese was not fit to eat. It was just ok and we were really looking forward to trying a place that we hadn't been to in really long since moving from South Carolina and they don't have Logan's in the St Louis area. Well maybe it was because of the current human malware going on but the food selection was weird and they served dishes without potatoes or gravy as they stated were out of stock?? Weird flex ordering chopped steak without that side? And the people were being sat fairly close for the amount of bumpkins that seemed to regularly visit here...probably won't be back. I hate to be so negative, but Yelp isn't for sugar-coating. Unless you are reviewing a pastry-shop or something, in which sugar-coating might be particularly appropriate! Anyway... My wife & I came in on a Monday evening, not too many folks. We were seated right away, but had to wait awhile to get service. After 10 minutes, someone came to get a drink order, she wasn't exactly sure what beer was on tap. Once we ordered, we started munching peanuts and deciding on our food order. After 30 more minutes, we received some rolls, but still no drinks. We left. I overheard our server tell the table next to us that they were waiting on the bartender. I don't really know what that means, but it's true...no one was working the bar. If someone was late or called-in sick, couldn't a server or, I don't know, THE MANAGER jump in to get the drinks made? It appeared that this was slowing down the entire dining room. Because we have a gift card, I will be back. Hopefully, that will be a chance for redemption and an upgrade on the stars! read more

Used to be good but the past two visits have been horrible. First one all staff was angry, one waitress was walking through the place complaining about how she runs the place. We sat outside because we couldn't sit inside. It didn't bother us at all. (Bring a blanket but it was nice.) We seen our server maybe 3-4 times throughout the night. We were there for over an hour and a half before we seen our food. The food was good, cooked perfectly. We waited an hour just for some mozzarella sticks. My advice is that if you don't mind sitting in the cold and waiting a while for your food go. But don't go if you don't want to be there for over 2 hours and be cold. read more

Stopped here during an overnight visit to Paducah for business. I typically enjoy eating at Logan's. I sat at the bar and the bartender was on point. Kinda weird as most of the servers all huddled up together like school girls chatting and on their phones most of the time I was there (glad I was not at a table). Had not seen that elsewhere. Food was mostly good but my steak (ordered medium) was not cooked very consistently. Some parts seemed more rare and other more towards well done. Pissed when I learned that Logan's stopped offering onion petals - big mistake because I know myself and others will now choose Outback every time when in the mood for some. read more

This was very disappointing. When I come here the food is usually great. This time the chicken was nasty, the nachos cheese was hard, the ribs were like rubber, and there was a BUG in the salad. On the other hand, The tea is good. Definitely would not recommend. read more

The food is good chain food. The hubby and I got married in Shawnee National Forest and even though we were planning a large reception when we got back home (Chicago 'burbs) we wanted to take everyone who was able to come down out. Well, it's the south and we got married on Sunday and we quickly learned that many places are dry. We did find out that Paducah served liquor after 1pm on Sundays and our hotel guests were staying in Metropolis anyway. So we started searching. We finally found Logan's. The menu had a good variety, the prices were good and they guaranteed us a private room (separate area with half walls). They even turned on the Bears game for us. We don't have Logan's near us, but we look forward to visiting this one again since we go to Shawnee as much as possible. read more

It's rude as HELL to come up to a table to pick up the ticket and say "Let me get this so I can get my money!" WHAT THE HECK!? Saturday night so the wait was about 45 minutes which is understandable. Get seated and wait at least 10 minutes to get our drink order taken. When it is finally taken, wife waits another 5 minutes for her soft drink (soft drink station is less than 10 feet away). I wait another 10 for my Long Island. Finally see the waitress again with my drink which tastes nothing like a Long Island. Drank it anyway out of pure thirst but waited another 15 minutes to get my wife a refill and then I ordered a beer instead of the Long Island. We have ordered at some point during this, get our appetizers which weren't too bad. Asked the waitress for several items like ranch and ketchup but didn't get either. Still no beer...now I'm a patient man but goodness this is getting ridiculous. Okay now comes my beer and our waitress who I would describe as an female biker/ trailer park version of John Travolta albeit unintentionally, didn't ask if we needed anything as she scooted by the table dropping my beer off. Food comes....cold....like cold cold. Okay I don't get one of my sides my wife also doesn't get one of her sides.....try to get my wife a refill, it's Diet Coke after I'd asked the waitress for Dr Pepper, she came out and told us that the manager didn't put our sides into the system, not sure why she would be doing it when the waitress took our order and I watched her type it all into their computer at the station about 10 feet away. Manager comes out and we tell her everything, they took the entrees off of the bill which was great but still doesn't make up for the utterly terrible service we received from biker Bertha the entire time. Most definitely the worst visit to Logan's I ever had. First of all, I asked for a water with lemon, the waitress brings me just a water. I can understand that if the restaurant is packed and the waitress has other things to get done, but with going from asking what I would like to drink straight to the drink station. I wouldn't think it would be hard to remember a lemon. Second of all, I asked for a salad for one of my side dishes and asked for no cheese. After waiting for my rolls, about 10-15 minutes of taking my order I finally received my salad and rolls. Unfortunately, my salad had cheese on it. Not to mention that we didn't have plates for rolls and had to use the silverware napkin to eat our rolls. I get my meal and my steak is cooked medium well and I asked for a medium rare. The things that went right?--Our server offered to butterfly my son's fillet mignon because he wanted it well done--the rolls and sweet potatoes are tremendous and you kept my 20oz beer glass full. The things that went wrong? -- I ordered a fillet mignon medium and it came butterflied like my sons. REALLY? Who in their right mind butterflies a $26 fillet when ordered medium? Why didn't I send it back you ask? Because I was so hungry I would've eaten my own hand, that's why. Secondly, our server forgot our salads. Third, he forgot to bring my wife her beer when she ordered a second one. When momma ain't happy--aint nobody happy. When she asked for it, he replied "Oh, did you still want that beer?' This isn't neurosurgery dude--we ask nicely for things -- and you bring them to us. Perhaps if our server wasn't spending time talking with his wife and/or girlfriend sitting directly behind us, he could keep his mind on what he is supposed to do. In addition, I know I'm not at Benny's Chop House in Chicago but a personality goes a long way. Our server had the personality of a stone and looked as if he had just been released from the Marion Federal Penitentiary. We tried to joke with him but he just didn't get it.
