Now, I am a critic but I'm just writing this in my perspective, I'll cover all the topics. Just give me a chance! Arrival. - We arrived around 8 pm and honestly, the place was very NOT crowded. However, the wait was what was TERRIBLE. Their was only 5 of us and we were waiting for more than 5-6 minutes. Their wasn't even anyone there. Plus, they placed us in a booth when they knew we had older people in our family. -1 Star Food - It took a few minutes but our bread rolls came and honestly, I LOVED them! Very good. It also took even MORE TIME but, our food came. Honestly, the kids meal is a JOKE but um, it did fill me. Lol, I get filled so easily. Too much bread. +1 Star Bill - Although, this place needs some improving honestly... The bill wasn't bad. It was $96 but it probably could've went down way more. The kids menu was only $6 for one entree. I have NEVER EVER seen that!! So... +1 Star Alright well, our waitress wasn't the nicest but wasn't very rude either so... Overall, 4 out of 5. I got all of this for $11.99 at Logan's Roadhouse. This is my first time here in over a year. I had an unfortunate experience with a bad waitress last time. There's no way to sugarcoat it - she sucked. I've been seeing these "Real Deal Meal" specials advertise on Facebook, so I decided to give them another shot. I looked over the menu before I left work for my lunch break and that peppercorn and bacon grilled chicken was definitely calling my name. When I walked in around 12:30, I was a bit taken aback by the lack of customers. There were people at maybe three tables... that was it. I will say that service was pretty slow. It took them a while to take my order or bring me a drink. However, I believe they were training a girl. Honestly, I could have made a meal out of my salad and rolls. They have some pretty good ranch! When they brought out my sandwich, I realized they had gotten my side wrong. I ordered mashed potatoes. I was a little surprised because I had told her that I wanted butter on the mashed potatoes and that I was French fried out. She asked if I wanted gravy and I told her that I would just stick with butter. Surprise! They brought out fries. By the point, I was so stuffed. I figured instead of correcting them, I would just bring the fries home to David in a to-go box. He is like Mikey, he will eat anything. The food was good and it was a whole lot of food for a cheap price. $11.99 gets you an entree, salad, side, rolls, and a drink. You can upgrade for a fee to a steak. If you have plenty of free time and nowhere else to go in a timely manner, I recommend checking this deal out. Stopped in to grab a bite to eat before going to our hotel for the night. We had planned on going somewhere else and then saw Logan's and made a last minute decision to dine here. We wish we had gone with our original plan. Service was really good. We were seated immediately and greeted right away by our server. We shared a 16oz ribeye and each got a potato as the 2 sides. We ordered the steak medium and it was more medium rare and it was so fatty and grizzly. We didn't feel like fussing over it and ate what we could. The potatoes were pretty much the only good part of the meal. If I was rating this on just the food, it would be a 1 star review, but I am giving it 3 stars because the service was exceptional. We never had to ask for refills or wait for the check. Sadly, we won't be back to dine here the next time we are in the area. read more

Ordered "the Logan" this weekend, because I prefer a large, lean cut of sirloin. I don't know how sirloin can be 30-35% gristle and also be medium rare in the middle when the steak was ordered medium, but they managed it. Not the worst steak I ever had, but definately cracked the top 5. Waiter let the food get cold before bringing it out and they weren't busy. Claimed someone should have brought it out to us. I had a quick meeting there to drop something to a client. We sat at the bar and ordered burgers. Our drink orderers were taken immediately. The wait for the burgers was maybe 20 minutes and we both enjoyed them. I ordered mine medium rare but it was served to me medium rare. It was still good. Very tasty actually. My client enjoyed his meal. No complaints. We did have to wait for our bartender to return to get our check. All in all, a good experience and I would go back. read more

Visited this restaurant for dinner and sat in bar area. Table was sticky and room smelled of something like body odor. The chicken sandwich I ordered was ok, but the appetizers were way too greasy. The wait staff was somewhat slow, but friendly. Ended up with a stomach ache afterwards. Not recommended. read more

Tony and I went to eat lunch Wednesday at Logan's Roadhouse for a nice steak meal. First of all we were greeted and seated immediately which I absolutely love. I hate waiting Our waitress came immediately and took our drink order. Tony went with big Budweiser Light Draft and I had Unsweetened Tea with Lemon and Lime. She brought us some Yeast Rolls and ample butter nice and soft. I asked the waitress questions about their reward program and she showed me how and where to download on the phone. It gave us an immediate $5 off a our $25 or more ticket. Tony and I ordered same thing, 6oz Center Cut Steak medium rare with Baked Potatoes and Side Salads. Tony had Ranch and I took my favorite 1000 Island Dressings with light on croutons. The potatoes had butter and sour cream with mine on the side. Our waitress brought everything immediately so it was so nice and hot. She gave us extra dressing and plenty of butter. The meal was delicious!!! Steaks cooked perfectly!! Potatoes were perfect!! We recently dined at the Southridge location and had a great experience. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked; our server was attentive and paid attention to the small details, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. It's been a while since we have visited, however, after this visit, we will definitely be coming in more often! The only drawback was hearing loud music blasting from the kitchen. My husband enjoyed his ribs. My catfish was good and the house salad was really good. The green beans had too much bacon and grease and the corn had way too much pepper (they had ran out of the vegetable of the day). The rolls were not quite done. The waitress was wonderful especially since they were packed when we were there (after the roads were cleared from the ice/snow storm). We did receive our appetizer (potato skins which were really good) after we received our entree but they ended up giving us the appetizer free. Overall it was fairly good and we received our food quickly. I will probably stick with getting a sweet potato as my side. read more

I won't say it was all bad. My burger was well prepared, though they forgot the bacon. My woman's steak was good, but they forgot the sides. Shrimp was so rubbery you could have patched a tire with it. My daughter's sliders came out sans pickles and they never managed to find any. Never found any ketchup or A1, and the waffle fries were so overdone they could have cut glass. The entrées came out at different times and much of it was lukewarm at best. The chicken wings were excellent (Period - seriously, best part of the meal). The manager was polite and discounted our meal with all that went wrong, but I think this is a case where they have good recipes and under ideal circumstances they could probably pull it off but they seem overwhelmed post-pandemic. Logan's is a hit and miss and unfortunately this time they missed bad. We were seated and we had no server, our hostess became our server and while I can't blame her for the service issue as she may not have been trained. We ordered the food and received it under cooked we asked for them to cook it a little longer and after taken it back took over 25 minutes to return. Manager stated that the cook acts like he never does wrong, so my advice to that cook is learn the trade better because I have had medium steaks and red meat blood soaked is not medium. By far the worst experience we ever had. They ran out of steak sauce at a steakhouse...They also ran out of spaghetti sauce... The wait was over an hour with nobody there. You can tell they were understaff and overworked. The only positive experience we had was our waitress. She was amazing. You can tell she was tired of all the crap they were putting her through to provide a great service with no condiments or food. They need to really get some new management in that place. Logan's is a chain steakhouse restaurant in my area. We have eaten there many times. This is my first review. The restaurant is showing its age somewhat and was clean but needs some TLC. The windows were dirty and blinds dusty. They have peanuts which you eat and toss the shells on the floor. The food was surprisingly good for a chain. I ordered a 16 oz ribeye with a backed potato and ceased salad. The salad was fresh and really good. My steak was cooked spot on at to order at medium and the potato was fresh and piping hot. My wife ordered the baby back ribs. She said they were just okay. I'm not a fan of pressure cooked ribs unless they throw them on the grill for a char and fire/smoke flavor which Logan's doesn't not do. The bbq sauce is brushed on before serving which doesn't have any carmalization to it at all. Dinner is served with the best homemade yeast rolls. They are light and flavorful. This place has much improved from a few years back. They have a nice variety in their menu at competitive prices. I'm not a steak lover and had no problem finding delicious items. my fiancé has attempted to reach logans 3 times I suggested we go to Logan's because I have been quiet a few times and enjoyed my time but not at this Logan. this was his first time there and it was a horrible experience our waiter we barely seen his prime rib was so tough he could barley eat it. it costed us 72.71 and it wasn't worth it.my fiancé finally spoke to the manager at Logan's and she said she would send him gift cards in the mail that never happened this was back in December so he called again and spoke to someone at the corporate office and they said they would refund him the money back but yet again they lied.my opinion of logans has now changed I do not recommend eating here.well not the one at Charleston Wv off of corridor g they don't know how to treat there customers and there liars. read more

Slow, slow service. Resturant was maybe half full in the middle of the afternoon. From placing our orders - no appetizers - my husband and I waited 45-50 minutes for our lunches. When I asked the manager if the wait time was normal - he said yes, when they are busy......maybe 10 tables occupied. People seated after received their meals way before us. Food was good....but not sure if worth the wait. No apologies from either the manager or the server.
