Long hair in my salad. Ordered 3 steaks. 2 was suppose to be medium well and they came out burnt and dry as can be. The third steak was suppose to be medium. It came out closer to well. We ordered from DoorDash from our hotel room and it arrived within 40 minutes. I ordered 1-2 rack of ribs with Cole slaw and green beans. The ribs were really good, fell right off the bone. Came here on a Saturday evening at 545pm after running a Spartan Beast with my husband and friend. We were reluctant due to the 2.5 star reviews but decided to come anyway!! Well we went last night 2/25/22 early I don't remember what time but before 5ish anyways the server was nice she was on top of everything but the potato wedge appetizer we got it loaded yeah that was a joke like the brisket wasn't even on it. My steak was supposed to be rare came out medium well so the manager made me a new one it wasn't rare it was raw and both steaks were burnt and rock hard no juices from the steaks at all just horrible. The crab cakes they were ok but the sauce on top is gross. Ordered 3 slices of cheesecake they forgot whip cream and strawberries on them no biggie the cheesecake was still good. I never leave bad reviews but our visit tonight was awful. There was no one to greet us upon entering, we were finally seated and it took forever for a waiter to come to our table. The table was sticky and dirty, even the menus were sticky. We ordered drinks first and our friends mixed drink took forever to be made and delivered. Although there was hardly any customers our dinner took forever to arrive...when it did it was terrible. The fries were cold, the hamburgers were burnt to a crisp. The Mac n' Cheese was old and dry, the corn looked disgusting. The shrimp was dry and way overcooked. We spent over $80 for our meal plus tip and our friends spent almost as much. We will not be back. Very disappointed!! The only highlight was our server was nice and friendly. read more

We were a little wary to go here because of the reviews and three star rating, but gave it a shot anyway. We probably just waited five minutes for a table, and they were busy. Our server, Eric, was really nice, polite, kept the drinks coming, and offered to give us some tea to go. The food did take a little while to get to us, but they were a tad busy so it's understandable. Now onto the food itself... it was good. The filet was great, the mac and cheese and salad I got was awesome, but their hand battered shrimp is nasty. It tasted like something caught in the stone ages and frozen for about a billion years, but the steak definitely made up for it. I'm a firm believer that roadhouses should never do seafood. They could also use some work on their meal presentation as well. Their bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall, it's a decent place to eat. read more

Came in at 5:00 pm and waited 40-45 minutes to be seated with a party of 5 (3 children). I snapped a picture of empty tables everywhere but no one was being seated. When we were seated, we were seated in a booth that had been open the entire time we were there. The food took about another 35 minutes to come out after that. Food was good, but we had to ask for rolls, silverware, refills, and even the nuts. All around wasn't a good experience. Even the kids were saying we don't want to come back here again. read more

I have been to Logan's roadhouse in the past year and at no point has anyone requested that I use a mask to walk 30-50 feet to sit down where no mask is required, until last night. I find consistency is a great thing. I would not have waited the 20-30 minutes to be seated if I would have known I would have been refused service if I didn't conform to and be forced to put a diaper on my face. If you enjoy the freedom of choice the by all means do NOT go here. #TEXASroadhouse on the other hand respects the right to choose and does not turn people away with a mask or without. I will always spend my money with Texas Roadhouse now and not another dime with Logan's. read more

This restaurant was a ghost town when we walked in Thursday night, but at least we were seated quickly! I suspect they are busier on weekends. They have peanuts to eat while you wait for your food, and I assume that you are welcome to leave the shells on the floor due to the scraps and shards of peanuts past still littered on the floor. Despite this, the floor was extremely clean, which is why I am (to this day) unsure if they really encouraged people to discard their shells on the floor. Regardless, the service was decent. The atmosphere is fairly rustic and simplistic, with concrete floors and dim lighting. Neon signs and Jimmy Buffet posters were placed here and there along the wall. Just your typical roadhouse. The yeast rolls were delicious, and they came out warm. We ordered our food quickly. While we were waiting on our food, the waitress came back to tell one member of our 6 person party that their salmon would have to be served a different way than the way she ordered it, but it appeared to be a very minor change (maybe the seasoning? it was unclear). The food came out after about 10 minutes and it was good, but not spectacular. It would have been better if it were warmer; it seemed like some of the faster fare (burgers and steaks) were cooked before some of the baked items (mac and cheese) so the former was pretty much lukewarm. I ordered the 3 Original Roadies, which is just 3 slider cheeseburgers. All of them were dry and the cheese was much smaller than the already small patty, but the pickle gave it a bit more moisture and I could never get tired of those yeast rolls. Other items that were ordered and their reviews: salmon was good, sweet potato had to be re-ordered because the butter and sugar did not come on the side; the chopped steak was ordered medium rare and came out a bit on the rare side (make sure you err on the side of caution there!) and mac and cheese was hot but very greasy. My wife and I stopped at Logan's on our way back from vacation. We were wary of the 3 star rating it initially had; but glad that we decided to stop in anyways! First, the waitress was attentive, friendly, and personable. Next, the food was good quality. The greens in my Caesar salad and my wife's Steak Salad tasted fresh. Both the steak in her salad and my steak, the "Logan" were cooked perfectly. The kid's food was perfect for our son; corn dog and cinnamon apples (just like apple pie filling). Was in town for business with my wife and we wanted a good sit-down dinner. They weren't very busy, so we were seated right away. The restaurant was clean. Our waitress came to get our order in a timely manner. We got our rolls and had to ask for more butter, but the waitress was in no hurry. We ordered onion rings it came out with no sauce, so we had to ask for that. We had no plates for the appetizer we had to ask for extra napkins. Each request the waitress just wasn't in a hurry she didn't have any motivation. I felt like the service was just subpar. I have no problem tipping good service but was not impressed. I never saw a manager, so I guess there is no supervision. I have eaten at several Logans in the past and always have received excellent service. Food was good, but when the service falls short it is hard to focus on the food. I don't post this to destroy the reputation but to make management aware that hopefully one day people will have an expectation of good food and good service and that will = a great dining experience. Came in and we were seated at a table that didnt have any silverware and wasnt very clean..which the waitress didnt even realize it! In fact we had to brush off some crumbs. The waitress took our orders.. but continued to talk for a bit. So ill admit that waitress was atleast nice. We kept waiting and finally got our appetizers and they were cold. Same thing with our entrees. With this establishment I believe the waitresses and waiters talk way to much and do not pay attention...im sure the cooks have some issues as well...the place and its employees need to be retrained on how to do their job correctly. read more

When we arrived, I asked what the house specialty was and the very pleasant hostess told us that the steak was good and that the ribs were "fall off the bone" awesome. We ordered the BBQ platter which had ribs, chicken and pulled pork. Every table had the cliche bucket of peanuts and the bread was freshly made even though it was a bit sweet and soft. The first warning sigh was the size of the menu - too many choices to do everything right. We thought the best choice was to stick to what is supposed to be their strong suit - barbeque. The good news is that the chicken (breast) was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, it was cold - as was everything else. Reheating the platter would have put the chicken in jeopardy or turning out dry and nearly inedible - as was the case with the ribs. There was nothing falling off of the rib bones, in fact, it was difficult to get the meat away from the bone. The outside of the ribs was dried out to the point of tough, leading me to believe that these ribs had been cooked on a different day and re-heated - SO DRY! The dish was without any variation - all items had the same sauce so there was no color difference, no taste difference. Too hard to make a different sauce for the chicken at least? The two sides were a vegetable skewer which was slightly undercooked and sweet potato fries which were dusted with cinnamon sugar which was unexpected and for me - too sweet - news flash - sweet potatoes are naturally sweet. The server was polite and efficient, but the reality is that peanut shells on the floor should have been an indicator of the food - a mess. Too bad. . . read more

This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. We waited over an hour for our food and it was a disaster. I ordered the french dip, which apparently was the the sandwich to order, unfortunately it fell very short. The Pile High French Dip was not piled high at all and to top this mediocre sandwich off there was a hair on my plate. Anyone who knows ke and my love of food will know that a hair on myplate or food is a deal breaker. Needless to say, I will not come back to this location. Very disappointing. Was there on 9/30/19. Only reason for 2 star was the hostess and waitress was wonderful. The food was cold and when we informed the manager he was as very rude and had an attitude. I had the steak, shrimp, apples and baked sweet potatoes , my fiance had steak, ribs, apples and baked potato. The steak was cold. Shrimp felt ice cold like had never been cooked my potato was cold except the bottom. Very disappointing. Dan was not very professional in the way he presented his self as a manager. was rushed and not very pleasant. His whole attitude was cold and unfriendly. We've been coming to this restaurant for the last few years and we've never had a bad experience. My wife and I went with non-steak options because their steaks aren't anything special. That being said, we both ordered newer items one of which was from their new menu. The food was great and we were taken care of quickly. Very slow service. Asked for plates and it took forever to get them. I ordered one electric lemonade and was carded. Which that's ok but then later she started calling me mom and then asked me if I was menopausal when I couldn't answer her question with a mouthful of food. I'm 49 and no I'm not menopausal and I'm old enough to buy drinks. So I guess after she saw my age she thought it was ok to say that. So rude. Thank goodness I'm just passing through. I should have known from the start how this would go. Seating for 4, they take our number and tell us they will text when available. I get the text, go to the desk and the girl is :what? Do you need something?" We get to the table and its mass confusion. 1 girl starts to take our order, then changes to another girl mid drink appetizer order. Half of us get our drinks, the others have to wait for the tea to brew (It took us asking for the tea to get it). We all order, when they bring the order, they call out the doness instead of what cuts we ordered. Oh yeah, there was another change in our wait staff. The steaks turned out to be very dry and cool, medium rare should not be dry, the fries were so salty we couldn't eat them. I wasn't about to stay for dessert. Logan's is a chain restaurant. It's a steakhouse basically. It has decent food. They provide peanuts and bread as an appetizer. The peanuts are in shells so the patron shells the peanut and drops the shell on the floor. Service during the day can be a little slow though. It's typically kept clean except for the peanut shells of course. There are TV's throughout. UPDATE: It seems service in this place has went downhill over the past year. read more

I've been here twice both times service was great. First time the person I was with ordered steak it was cooked just like she wanted she said it tasted great. The veggies were perfectly cooked. I had the appetizer platter, it was great. Second time I went my husband ordered a burger he said it was great. I had the appetizer platter again. It has chicken, potato skins, deep fried mushrooms it's awesome. Decided to go here with a friend again service was great until the waitress wanted to take my plate out of my way. I had just started eating had taken maybe 3 bites, why do they do that? Had the shrimp and rice. The shimp is cooked 3 different ways 2 of which was great. the third one was batter dipped but they didnt even bother to take the poop vein out of it. That was disgusting.
