I'm a fan, my kids are a fan and pretty much American loves the chicken chain including me. Well live may be a strong word, but it's one of the best fast food chain around how about that. This was a road stop during the week at lunch rush. The drive-thru was nuts and curled around the building. I elected to go inside because in my experience it's faster. I also had the time I decided to just eat in. Counter service was not as frenzied as the drive-thru. I found staff friendly and set at a booth while waiting, the dining room was also nuts, but all good on scoring a clean table. The area from what I could see was clean and that's a Chick Fil A trademark. My order was brought to the table by yet another friendly staff. My #1 meal was correct, hot and tasty. Just pulled off for a quick meal while driving across country. All Chick-fil-As are good, but this one was spectacular! Very clean (even the bathroom). Very organized (and that mattered -- it was very busy!). Food was fresh and delicious. But the staff -- there's the treasure! Friendly, efficient, and all working to make sure that every customer was served properly. From the fresh cut daisies on the table, to the smiling staff checking to make sure we had everything, this was the best of all possible fast food stops on a long trip. Well done! read more

I love this Chick-Fil-A. Our food has always been fresh and good. The people who work there are always so kind as well. I do not eat inside at this location really, only because of the convenience of the drive-thru, which is mainly why I would eat fast food to begin with. I went in once and it was clean. read more

We ordered to go. We were shorted one nugget (not a major big deal). However when we got back on road and tried the shake it was very runny. We asked for honey BBQ sauce, but she gave us honey mustard. This is the first time I've ever had a bad experience at CF. read more

The food was okay. But when your person handing out the orders to the drive-thru hands you a cup that is dripping pop to put in your car definitely a big turnoff for the restaurant. What they want somebody to hand them that dripping cup into their vehicle I don't think so then they don't even get you the napkin to clean your hands off after you say hey this company is wiped off they just like Oh sorry well that didn't take care of the dripping cup. So will I be back not unless I'm sitting in the restaurant because nobody and I believe I saw the new owner in that window that day and he sent the little young manager to the window to apologize should have been him he should have had big enough shoes to step up to the window and say hey buddy I'm sorry we should make sure that doesn't happen but nobody said they'd make sure it wouldn't happen So what does that tell you. We stopped in around 10am to find out they do not offer their full menu. After that let down we opted to try their breakfast and to be honest....I wish we would have just moved on. I got the chicken biscuit and tots or Hashbrowns as they call them. We sat in line after putting our order in for 15mins, while watching the front staff just standing around and chatting like it was Sunday morning at church. They gave us the drinks right way at the drive up window, but didn't bother to give us straws, "they will be in your bag" not a bad thing if you don't have to wait. The chicken wasn't crispy and the tots were gressy and not crispy either. For 20 dollars....this is not worth it. Bad service and a 2 star food for this location. Drive on people. read more

Went to drive Thru they forgot the 12 piece chicken nuggets we ordered and all the toppings on my salad - so it was just kale. went back after we were home to get the missed items, and it was sweet they remade the whole order. When we got home for the second time, we realised that they had agains, forgotten the order of 12 chicken nuggets... and the replaced salad was missing all of the toppings, again..!!! It was closed after that point and a bit embarrassing to go back three times so we will have to accept not getting our order i appreciate they made the effort to remake it, but can't believe they missed the exact same items twice! read more

Worst location ever! I ordered a Cobb salad with chicken and they forgot my chicken, dressing, and peppers. I had a salad with just lettuce, corn, and egg. Their phone doesn't work so I couldn't call to complain. Every time I go to this location after 5, there's always an issue with my order. I've been double charged, given the wrong order, and had a piece of plastic deep-fried with my fries; I mean what's next? Also, fix your phone lines and hire detailed staff. read more

I had the worst experience this morning. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes. Got to the breakfast menu and when the lady came on the speaker, I ordered my food. It wasn't 10:30am yet and note the breakfast menu was still up when I ordered my food. She said i can still order breakfast but she couldn't guarantee I would have my food once I paid. I am traveling from Buffalo NY to Florida...so I was driving through WV and found this particular Chick-Fil-A....I had not had CFA in a long long time!! So I went in the manager was friendly all the employees was friendly....I ordered my food (I got the grilled chicken club with pepper jack cheese and a large order of fries..and a lemonade) My fries was great hot could of used some salt but they was good...my lemonade was great...The sandwich on the other was ice cold and blah even after I put some Chick-Fil-A sauce on it ...the bun looked like it got man handled it was all broken and ripped...the chicken isn't as big as it used to be (it used to cover the bottom of the bun) not any more..I had so much bun left over it wasn't even funny!! I hope this bad experience at this one Chick-Fil-A doesn't swear me off from ever going again!!! read more

I got the regular chicken sandwich with large fries and lemonade with no ice, it was delicious as usual. Service was good, not crowded for a change, atmosphere good. We stopped in on our way to Florida and I was highly disappointed so much we canceled our order and went to qdoba. My wife has a corn and gluten allergy which every other chik fil a takes care of her fine. They have an un marinated grilled nugget that they can grill up and she can have something to eat. This one the assistant manager told us she thought they could do it but had to check with the owner who was working. The owner acted as if that was a major inconvenience and wouldn't even look us in the eye as she refused to make them for her. Told us we would just have to do the regular grilled nuggets (which contains corn) I don't like to complain but it boiled down to being lazy. We stopped at another chik fil a in south carolina on the way back a week later and they jumped right on it with a smile. I was at this location on a busy morning while vacationing in WV. Ordered a couple of items for the family and picked up from drive-thru. About 5 mins after we left, we noticed that one of the item was incorrect. Since we were on our way, we decided to let it go. However, right at that time, I received a call from the store (they have my number from the online order), and told me that they realized one of the item was incorrect and would like to give us the right item. I've never had a fast food chain call me to admit an issue, so I drove back and the manager came out to greet us and apologized for the incorrect item. They were extremely friendly and kind and went above and beyond to make it up for the mistake. We went back 2 more times and each time the food was consistently good and accurately packed the order. I'm very impressed with this store and the great customer service I received. read more

The service was good, but you have lost my business because you took coleslaw off your menu. One of the best things there was the slaw, and now that is gone. Of all the Chick-Fil-A's I've been to, this one has a layout that makes sense! It has a huge, open drive through and they get you through there crazy fast. There is PLENTY of parking, something that a lot of Chick-Fil-A's don't have. It seems like there's more spots than seats in the restaurant! Those things aren't in most locations. Whoever designed the layout obviously looked to improve as much from older locations as they could. Even with a busy evening, the layout made it feel like so many less people were there. Great food service too! They had our eight person order out not three minutes after we finished ordering. The inside is very open with LOTS of seating, perfect for large groups or single eaters. The only thing that I wasn't jumping up and down about were the bathrooms. They did such a great job with the rest of the building, the parking, and the drive through, that I was expecting the bathrooms to be better. Don't get me wrong, they're so much cleaner than most restaurants, but there wasn't that much room for the amount of people that can fill the restaurant. Overall, the best Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. 100% would recommend. read more

I love Chick-fil-A! This location was no exception. The bathrooms were clean. The tables were clean. The food was delicious. The service was exceptional! It is so hard to find good customer service. I visited this location on Friday 8/24/18 at a little before 11am. The line was growing and the cashier was supposed to be going on break, but decided to continue taking a few more orders so the customers would not have to wait. Driving through West Virginia and struggled to find decent food that the whole family could eat and were pleasantly surprised to find a Chick-Fil-A. As always, the staff was friendly and the biscuit was buttery and flaky the way it should be. Great job!
