In August, I stopped by in person to check on them since I hadn't received a call. At that point, staff could not locate my shoes and said they would contact me once they found them. These were Vince flats that cost nearly $400. Since then, I have called multiple times, only to be placed on hold until the call disconnects. No one has followed up, and there has been no attempt to take responsibility or resolve the issue. My shoes have either been misplaced or stolen, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

I brought in a floor-length bridesmaid dress be hemmed tea length. I had my shoes and everything, but I had received the dress late so we only had two weeks before the wedding. The tailor said it was no problem and went on fitting and pinning. A week later, it was done -- yay! It wasn't until all the bridesmaids put on their dresses that I realized that mine was at my ankles whilst theirs were all mid-calf. Not a huge disaster, just disappointing. Overall, I would continue to bring suit items (pants, jackets, etc.) but would look elsewhere for evening wear alterations.

Foot Solutions was recommended by my podiatrist after treating me for my plantars fasciitis (aka feet ouch). The sales rep was kind and super knowledgeable. She talked to me about how I walked, what I experienced with my existing shoes, and actually looked at me as I walked in the shoes I was trying on. The cost of the shoes was comparable to what I would have paid elsewhere for a good sneaker, and I had the benefit of her knowledge and care as we looked at my options. Also she pointed out some flip flops that were good for plantar fasciitis. I can never find flip flops! These were squishy and comfortable. I'm so happy with my shoes and can't wait to get my husband over there so we can get him fitted for some new kicks too.
