Can more businesses PLEASE update hours? In checking Yelp today 4.26.2021 store hours said open until 7pm, arrived at 6:30pm to hours on the door saying 6pm. This is not the first place this has happened to me recently, but the COVID excuse is getting really old and when people who actually who want support brick and mortar shops show up to shop in person it really is a terrible customer experience. read more

I also called customer service and its the same unable to help have to contact the store. not trained correctly to process and order. trying to get my issue resolved for the past 3 days and getting the run around. Horrible customer service. I bought a shirt and they did not have the matching pants in my size. The girl ordered the pants for me only she keyed in navy instead of black. I tried to get the ordered changed or cancelled, but the only option was to buy the black online, paying again, and then hope to return the navy when it arrived. I did that and a day later they cancelled the black order. I go back to the store and told the manager what happened and now I have a black shirt and navy pants coming because the employee keyed in the wrong color. Not once did she apologize. She said she had the size the day before and I told her I was there the day before and she argued with me, saying she put them out herself. So apparently the employee also didn't check inventory before ordering the wrong color. Again no apology for the terrible inconvenience, she just told me I could exchange the black shirt for navy to match the pants coming, but then she said I'd have to get in the long line for the exchange. Never did I get an apology! I will drive 20 miles to another store before ever stepping foot in this Loft again. read more

I am bummed to give the Loft three stars. The loft is one of my favorite stores so I was excited to go into this store. The reasons behind the three stars: I was not greeted at any point in my shopping experience. This is out of the ordinary for most Lofts. Also, the employees that were in the store were arguing about different shifts which I find very unprofessional. I'm sad about this review but maybe there will be others who will have a better experience. read more

I highly recommend skipping this particular Ann Taylor Loft location. The store is a rat's nest, the windows to the store are extremely dirty, the inventory is extremely sparce, the employees are rude, they may or may not allow you to try clothes on and when they do, they just point to the dressing room area and say that there should be an open room that you can use. When you go into the dressing room area there are no other customers trying clothes on and the doors are locked to all but one dressing room which is full of manikins. It's creepy. These people don't deserve your time or money. Pick a better location. I honestly think it is time to shut this one down. read more

I love and hate loft. I love their clothes but hat how it sucks you in (: and makes you buy their clothes. I do think they are over priced but it's one of my top three places to shop because they have clothes that pass for business casual. I bought a sweater (actually it was two for $50). I really liked the fit and the one color they had in my size but it was a much better deal to get two. I was saddened when they didn't have another color in my size, I ended up having to ask a worker (and they were so helpful) to see if they had my size in the back and they had one. I wanted to wear my new sweater the next day and it had a hole in the sleeve. I have to take it back now and hope they have it in my size. The customer service was great. I don't se my loft card often so I was concerned that after a recent move that I may not have changed my address...they even checked that for me. The last down side is that it's in Mockingbird station, due to parking I am not a fan of this area. Due to parking and their stock I will be trying the other location for my return. I do love loft so I will definitely be visiting again, I am sure. read more

I really like this store. It is the one that most people don't remember so they usually have everything in my size. And it is a lot easier to get in and out of this store than the one at Northpark because of where it is located. Yes it a little smaller than the other Ann Taylor Loft stores but that doesn't mean it doesn't have what you need or that it is a bad store. read more

Out of all the Loft stores in town, this one is the most disappointing. Most of the stores in town have great and friendly employees who always make sure to check in with you as you browse to make sure if you need help, not this location. Each time I go in here the staff minds their own business and I always have to hunt down someone to help me. Not only that, I have never come across a friendly employee here. Is this where they send all the employees they want to fire but aren't quite sure if they should? On top of the lame staff, this store seems to get all of the left over items of clothing and accessories. Whenever I go in looking for a specific item that I saw online or in another store, they never have it. Not because theyre sold out, but because they never got it! Why even have this store? I'll stick to Northpark or West Village. read more

Employees: Great and Friendly Selection of clothes; Great. They look really good on the racks. Quality of clothes: Disposable junk Cheaply Made - Not work the money, any money I started shopping at Loft about six months ago when I noticed that my clothes from my favorite store were all starting to look alike.I wanted a change. On my first visit, upon feeling the cheap fabric, the absence of lining, and the see through nature of blouses, I decided to shop ONLY from their sale items. I have accumulated enough items to know that the clothes are not even worth the sale prices. The blouses are so thin that you always have to wear tanks with them, and the fabric is such that if you ever get anything on them, it just does not come out. I work in a school, and it is not uncommon at times to get pencil, ink, etc in clothes, I have generally been able to have stains removed at the cleaners, but not with Loft's clothes. Also, there are some items that just need to be lined, but Loft does not consider that a necessity.Additionally, I have items which have skinny straps that did not last through washing on the gentle cycle, and many of their items (despite following care instructions) shrink incredibly when washed. I have a Loft credit card, which I have never, and will never use, because paying any kind of interest on their disposable clothes is just crazy. I have given this store long enough to know that I will cut up the card and never shop here again. The clothes are just junk. Nothing you pay for them is worth it. read more

I arrived at 10:15 am on Sunday and the store was not open despite all online postings saying opens at 10am. I walked here and it was the only store I wanted to go to, so this was pretty disappointing. read more

Recently shopped at this store and had a bitter sweet experience. Had great customer service from an employee by the name of Erin. However, they did not have my size in either of the two items that I wanted. Erin tried every resource to locate the items for me with no luck. I greatly appreciate her helpful and go getter attitude. I will shop at this location again, but only when Erin is there. I had a bad experience with a gentleman that works there. I will NOT shop with him. read more

This review is for all the stores not just the Dallas locations...there stuff is not well made. almost everything i have purchased has come un- seamed, fallen apart and in general is just made cheaply. read more
