My wife's skin looked refreshed and glowing after her facial, and she was very pleased with the waxing service. My scalp was very dehydrated going in, but felt great afterwards. There is a free parking lot with ample space, including handicap parking spaces. The entire facility is handicap accessible. There is a beautiful atrium in the common area with lots of seating and tables. I hung out there while my wife had her treatments and the shade and breeze maintained the perfect temperature for me to read and relax. For the treatment itself would be closer to 2.5-3 stars for these reasons: 1. I specified I was focused on an extraction facial however the extraction portion of my facial was less than 5 minutes. In the past I've had about 20-25 minutes spent on the extraction so this was very minimal. The steam machine was angled so far away from my face that I doubt it opened up many pores; I couldn't even feel the heat 2. I received a foot Massage which was unwelcome for several reasons, first I am there for a facial and if I need a foot massage I would go get a pedicure. Seemed a big waste of time for an experienced esthetician 3. Would have much preferred a paraffin treatment on my hands as that is more typical to receive with a facial. 4. Although I explained I needed a strong mask, I barely felt the 'sting' which I explained I am happy to endure some heat for the rewards, but seems that my mask was very weak. 5. Received a shoulder and next massage which was great, but again I was here for a facial not a massage or a pedicure. In short, this is a great place and I can see they care about their clients. Perhaps I am too picky but I rarely have time for a facial And wished I could have left there feeling a little more cleansed in my face.
