When I arrived at their current location there was one person in front of me, waiting for his job to be finished. At one point, a lady walked out of a back room, picked something up, and, ignoring me as well, went back to where she had come from. The bearded guy doing the work never looked at me at any time while I was there. After a few minutes of no looking/no conversation with me, I climbed back up their 14 outside steps and drove down Harmony to Ace Hardware. As usual, someone greeted me at the door and directed me to the key cutting area. I waited there for a few minutes (the guy was busy), then a lady came out and asked what she could do for me. I gave her my two keys and she knocked them out pretty quick, charging about 20% more than Key Lock did, but I had no complaints. The job was done and I could go home and get lunch.

I had some custom wiring that made it hard for him to find the ODB2 port, so he tried to do it another manual way. He ended up finding the port and was able to program the new fob.. outside in 28 degree weather. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
