The technician failed to complete the programming but still charged us $80. To make things worse... When we tried to leave, the ignition would no longer turn. The technician did not understand what had happened and offered no solution. After he failed, there was no clear explanation, no recovery plan, and no meaningful assistance. We were left standing there with a disabled vehicle. Because the wheels would not turn, the tow truck had to drag the vehicle out of the parking space. The company offered no assistance for the tow, we arranged rides, and lost two full days while the car sat at a mechanic. We were out several hours and several hundred dollars due to this failed visit.
