Great service. I had a lock out with my vehicle and it was late. I requested service on yelp and he responded in no time. His drive was an hour away and still decided to come and help me. Great price given to me as well. Never tried to scam me. He even offered different services that were cheaper. Once he go to the place he acted quick and efficiently, finishing in 5 mins. Jeremy is a great guy, and help me setup a Starlink dish for my house. Jeremy is full of all kind of information, I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. He came by and surveyed my location to determine how best to setup the dish, and after the Starlink equipment arrived he came back and got it setup for me. He was attentive to detail and ensure the cable from the dish to the router in the house was concealed as much as possible. The Starlink service is working great, and has a clear view of the sky. Jeremy was awesome. Talked to him over the phone within minutes of putting out a request to fix our locks (our door would not open, super stuck because of a loose screw in the handle). He tried talking me through removing the lock to potentially save me money :) Since that didn't work he said he'd be by today around 3. Arrived on time as promised and texted me when he was on the way. Did 't mind that we had a bunch of loud kids at the house. I needed a keypad deadbolt swapped in and setup, three deadbolts installed and rekeyed - posted a job on Yelp and Jeremy responded within minutes. He provided upfront pricing and was available that day (Saturday) for no extra charge. Unfortunately, I wasn't available, but we spoke on the phone to find a day/time that worked. He was very friendly, showed up on time, no surprises in regards to the agreed upon price, and he assured me he warranted his work. Could not recommend him more! read more

Jeremy seemed to be a nice guy, he was very quick to respond and his prices were very fair. He was cheaper than the others quoted. Damn kid locked us out of the car with the keys in it. I would highly recommend using someone local like him. Also I got a quote from another company and told them NO as their prices were ridiculous. Even after I said no, they sent a locksmith anyways... Papa Lock shower up minutes after the other locksmith did, but he properly identified himself. The other companies lock smith demanded I pay him for showing up. I told him I never agreed to doing business with them. Jeremy stepped in took the other locksmith aside and sent him away. Jeremy explained how the other companies would try to scam people in this situation. I would recommend this Papa Lock any day. read more

Locked my self out of my car with my young son with me. Called my road side assistance and found out that I would have to wait anywhere from an hour to three! I got further upset when I decided to look around for a faster alternative, and found out that I was going to have to take a shot in the dark as to how much it was going to cost me. Ugh!
