The technician failed to complete the programming but still charged us $80. To make things worse... When we tried to leave, the ignition would no longer turn. Prior to this visit, there were zero ignition or starting issues. The key would not rotate and the steering wheel was locked. The car arrived drivable. It left on a tow truck. The technician did not understand what had happened and offered no solution. After he failed, there was no clear explanation, no recovery plan, and no meaningful assistance. We were left standing there with a disabled vehicle. Because the wheels would not turn, the tow truck had to drag the vehicle out of the parking space. The company offered no assistance for the tow, we arranged rides, and lost two full days while the car sat at a mechanic. We were out several hours and several hundred dollars due to this failed visit. The owner, Jeremiah, changed his responses multiple times and ultimately did nothing to assist, or take responsibility for the inconvenience. No towing coverage. Nothing. If you value your time, your vehicle, and basic accountability, take this into consideration before scheduling service here. I did a search on Yelp and submitted a project request for quotes from a few locksmith businesses, crossing my fingers that I could get my door unlocked without me being home so I didn't have to wait outside in the cold for someone to come by. Daniel was willing to help do this, he was quick and communicative, and we were able to coordinate everything all through text! I asked for a photo of the open door to confirm the work was done and then was able to pay via Venmo. He even said hello to my cat while dealing with the door. :) I have an in-home camera so was able to monitor the door and know that no funny business went on while I wasn't home, for anyone curious. When he finished my husband asked him about re-keying a couple of our other locks. What would be the price, when could we schedule? He gave us a quote. We agreed. He re-keyed those locks right then. He gave me some tips on home security cameras because he used to be in that field. He was very patient with me when I didn't understand something he was explaining to me.
