Another 5 star review for Shawn, he was A+ in service. Went snowboarding in Big Bear, wiped out and lost my one and only car key in the snow. Searched for hours with no luck. Called the local locksmiths and because I have a '14 Ford Fusion they all told me that's one of the few cars they could not make a key for. They told me I would have to have the car towed down the mountain to Redlands Ford dealership (bummer) but it was a holiday weekend and dealership parts was closed for next few days (brutal). So I was basically stranded on the mountain for days... Anyway I stayed up until 2am on Craigslist and Yelp trying to find a locksmith who might be able to help me out. Shawn was responding to my questions at 2am and told me he would come out at that very moment for x price or the next day for y (lower) price. Since I didn't need car that night we agreed for him to come the next day. I was a bit skeptical since more than 4 locksmiths told me it couldn't be done until after the weekend when they could call to get key codes.
