This is a really nice place. I came in to have 3 keys copied, which were too large and/or complex to be done at Home Depot and Valu. The man inside was able copy them in just a couple minutes, for a very fair price. We chatted briefly, about the business and some of their products and services, and I got a clear sense that he was very knowledgeable. There was also another customer inside at the same time. Without getting into another person's business, it sounded like a pretty uncommon, perhaps difficult request to address. The nice man working there was genuinely interested and willing to help; and wasn't annoyed by a challenging request. I will definitely be back here for all of my locksmith-related business. I purchased blank car keys online and needed them cut. I called and explained that I have 2 blank car keys and the originals, ask them how much will it cost to cut the blank keys. They asked if I needed them programmed, told them no. Quoted me a price of $10 per key. Next day my wife takes the keys in to be cut. They give her a hard time about not buying the keys from them and then charge $20 per key. When she returns she tell me they charged $20 per key. I call and speak to the owner and he tells me that they make up the prices as they go. Told me I did quote you $10 per key but he will split the difference and give me $10 back if I drive out to the store. The time and gas aren't worth the $10. Go somewhere else to get your keys. read more

The most ignorant people I have ever dealt with... are only interested in your business if they can gouge you for their services ... sent my son there to get a key cut and they refused since he didn't want them to program his fob for about $50 which anyone can do now in 1 minute just by looking on YouTube. I Asked him if he didn't want the business and he said "no not that kind of business". Don't waste your time with these people , go somewhere professional. read more

I called in quite a panic at 330 in the morning, I had locked my keys in my car, I called and the guy was there in a half hour and opened the my door. This is not why he got 5 stars. Before he left though he encouraged me to get a new laser cut key because you need 2 keys to get a 3rd key, cheaper and his reasoning was above my understanding, but I thought my dealer would do it cheaper. Wow was I wrong. The dealer wanted $250! I went back to the shop the next week and he did it for 50$. He knew what I needed before I did :) Highly recommend this company! read more
