I Called Mike on the phone, after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp. Mike said he was nearby Getting some supplies, and told me he would swing by to check out my broken lock in a few minutes. Waited a few minutes and sure enough, he arrived. He said he could fix it and if I waited a short while. He had to go to his shop to pick up what he needed and come back and install it at approximately 6 PM. He said if I didn't care what color of the door knob was he could save me some money, so I went with a stainless steel look for the lock and door knob which was fine. The wood core on my steel door has been turned to powder near the lock, yet Mike was able to install the deadbolt anyway, along with a new door knob set, and he re-cut the striker plate, to make a more solid seal. Very happy and I feel fortunate that I found him. I like him and trust him.
