Very expensive. For service we received & product & labor. The cost seemed excessive for both. The response time was good. Maybe that's added to cost???? read more

Incredible service! We called at 3:00 pm and he was here as soon as he could (30 minutes driving from Hamburg). We were locked out of our bedroom (cheap doorknob....). The young gentleman was beyond kind and efficient (in and out in around five minutes)! He offered helpful suggestions and made sure to let us know this happens often! A little cutie too if he was my grandson I would kiss him right on his cheek! read more

I needed a new doorknob. The technician understood my need and installed what I needed. Thank you.

Heritage Locksmith is the best in the business! I went to a big locksmith company and they refused to help with an issue after changing locks and said it's no big deal. I made some other calls to other locksmiths and they gave me garbage answers that were not helpful. I fired up the Yelp app and gave Heritage a call after seeing their positive reviews and made the call. The person that answered the phone was extremely helpful and said Mo would be giving me a call. Well Mo called me right away and said he could be there in a half hour...amazing! When Mo arrived, he had mentioned it's an easy fix and just needed a skim added on to bring the door handle in closer to secure the door. He installed the skim and everything was good to go. Much appreciated for the quick response and the reasonable pricing for a small quick job! Definitely would use Heritage in the future if ever needed! read more

Made an appointment to get a second fob for a 2017 Land Rover Discovery. The appointment was for a Saturday afternoon, they called thirty minutes before the appointment to confirm it. I arrived at the scheduled time and they were waiting for me. They estimated it would take twenty minutes to make the new fob. They retrieved a laptop from one of their vans and proceed to my car. The car lights and horn flashed or sounded for a few minutes as they checked out the new fob. They concluded their work and I entered their office to pay the bill. The whole exchange lasted less than fifteen minutes. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I highly recommend them, couldn't give them a higher mark. read more

In store experience was excellent. Fast, friendly, efficient service. New plastic case on a keyfob completed swiftly. And very economical.

The guy that works doing the keys and all that good stuff is very sympathetic and helpful. He knows what advice to give you when you have to spend money on replacing a key or a lock. I had him make me a key for my Ford Explorer that I sided to own and he gave me a discount since I kept complaining how I really couldn't afford to spend so much money on just a key. Funny story is that I was working for Metro by T-mobile and he happen to be the one to come look at the lock of the door at the store and it was just great to see him again. He hasn't chance still has the right thing to say and was so humble and caring that second time I encountered him in the store. Keep the good work buddy don't ever change read more

I had them do some work for me and they were so thorough and professional, that I had them replace my digital car keys. They did NOT disappoint! The work was done in less than 5 minutes! If you want to use a company with reasonable prices and excellent customer service, LOOK NO FURTHER! read more

Heritage Locksmith came to our new house within hours of closing. They re-keyed all our locks timely and efficiently. The locksmith was professional and even took the extra time to familiarize himself with a lock he had never worked on. We truly appreciate the time he took to complete this task and now have peace of mind in our new home. Thank you! read more

I found Hillel through Yelp. What a coincidence. I searched for locksmith on Yelp and messaged the first 3 on facebook I found with a facebook page and asked them if they could rekey my new ECU to my car. Out of the three I messaged, one didn't get back to me, one said They couldn't do it, and Hillel said he could do it no problem. He gave me a price and I was like, yes that works. I then contact him a couple days later to setup a time to come by his shop. I get to his shop and I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes Tops. If your looking for a locksmith, Hillel would be your guy. I know he will be my guy when I want to get some keys made and programmed to either of my two vehicles. read more

Ended up coming here because I needed to have a key made for a key box we have at work. Showed up and it wasn't open so I called the number listed here and a gentleman immiedlty came and unlocked the door and helped me. I had little to no information about the lock but in about 15-20 minutes he was able to make a key for me that worked just fine! Would recommend to anyone who needs a key made, a lock picked, or even feels the need to have a hello kitty key for some reason. read more

In a moments notice, Heritage Locksmith has come to my business to change locks, my home in an urgent situation, made my friend a key for his car so he could get to work in the morning, and (many) more. Having used this service about a dozen times, I am certain there is literally no job they can't do! And fast. Prices are great, service is awesome. read more

I cannot begin to tell you all how happy I am with this company. They have saved me hundreds of dollars! I happen to see them on my block in their van with their logo while they were assisting someone else. They gave me their card and I showed up today. I have a Toyota Rav and my batter on my remote was not working. I already went to an Auto Zone store and they did not have my battery. I knew if I went to the Dealer they would have priced gouged me at hundreds! I went to Heritage Locksmith this morning and for 5.00 they put a new battery into my remote and it works perfect! I am good to go! Thank you Heritage locksmith! read more

I always search for the best price for any service I use. Heritage's prices are the best I could find in Buffalo, but that aside there's a lot more to say. My friend used Heritage and he recommended them too saying they had quick service. So after calling multiple places for prices and my friends review, I decided to go with them. I met 2 of the technicians through the process, both of which were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They came 2 days in a row and were punctual and communicated effectively. Both guys seem experienced and knowledgeable. I don't trust many with this type of work, but I know they'll be my only choice this point on. read more

This review is based on information from a friend of mine who had an emergency lock situation, called Hillel, and he resolved it beautifully and in a very timely manner. She was absolutely delighted with the quality of his work and his attitude. You can be sure I will call Hillel when I next need a locksmith. read more

When a key broke off in my lock, I thought I'd save myself a couple bucks and try to fix it myself...well I royally screwed that up and my door wouldn't even unlock. I called Heritage Locksmith on my day off and he was at my house in less than a half hour. It was an easy fix and a lot cheaper than the other locksmiths in Buffalo. Great prices, very fast and courteous service. Thank Hillel! I will definitely be calling you for all of my lock needs! :) read more

on 6/29/17 an event occurred at 7:30 pm that made me realize we needed to change the locks on the front door. I checked YELP, started dialing Heritage Locksmith, then suddenly realized it was after hours and hung up after the first ring. Well, Hillel called me back immediately wanting to know what I wanted. I apologized, explained it wasn't an emergency but he said it was not a problem and asked me what I needed. He came the very next morning, and for half the cost I expected, changed the locks and gave us 4 keys. I was so impressed with his customer service. I highly recommend him. read more

This is a terrific company! My back donor deadbolt somehow became stuck in the locked position, making it impossible to get into the backyard. Shay and Mo provide excellent service - quick, efficient, and outstanding! I'm delighted I found Heritage Locksmith. read more

Quick. Efficient. Polite. They were on call when we needed them and got the job done. I hope I don't need a locksmith often but if I do, I know who to call! read more

Buyer beware. I went to their shop for a auto key replacement key. Before I had called I got a price and was told to call before I come in so some one would be there. The replacement key created works fine, but the price quoted was much different. I was quoted $40 on the phone. When the key was created it was now $99. This is more then the dealer charges, so I knew something was wrong. I mentioned it and the price then became $70. I should have left. I paid the $70, but the more I thought about it bothered me and I do not want someone else to be treated the same way. I sent an email to the owners and got no reply. Not getting a reply tells me they don't care or is part of their normal practice. So be careful with this vendor. read more

received great service from Heritage, he was there within 10 minutes and had my car open in minutes -- would definitely recommend!

I called ahead for an estimate on a new car key and fob and their price was the lowest in the area by far. When I went to the shop, the guy instead repaired my existing fob and cut me a new spare key. I appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me or sell me unnecessary things, and he got everything done very quickly. I definitely recommend this place! read more
