Heritage Locksmith is the best in the business! I went to a big locksmith company and they refused to help with an issue after changing locks and said it's no big deal. I made some other calls to other locksmiths and they gave me garbage answers that were not helpful. I fired up the Yelp app and gave Heritage a call after seeing their positive reviews and made the call. The person that answered the phone was extremely helpful and said Mo would be giving me a call. Well Mo called me right away and said he could be there in a half hour...amazing! When Mo arrived, he had mentioned it's an easy fix and just needed a skim added on to bring the door handle in closer to secure the door. He installed the skim and everything was good to go. Made an appointment to get a second fob for a 2017 Land Rover Discovery. The appointment was for a Saturday afternoon, they called thirty minutes before the appointment to confirm it. I arrived at the scheduled time and they were waiting for me. They estimated it would take twenty minutes to make the new fob. They retrieved a laptop from one of their vans and proceed to my car. The car lights and horn flashed or sounded for a few minutes as they checked out the new fob. They concluded their work and I entered their office to pay the bill. The whole exchange lasted less than fifteen minutes. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I highly recommend them, couldn't give them a higher mark. read more

The guy that works doing the keys and all that good stuff is very sympathetic and helpful. He knows what advice to give you when you have to spend money on replacing a key or a lock. I had him make me a key for my Ford Explorer that I sided to own and he gave me a discount since I kept complaining how I really couldn't afford to spend so much money on just a key. Funny story is that I was working for Metro by T-mobile and he happen to be the one to come look at the lock of the door at the store and it was just great to see him again. I found Hillel through Yelp. What a coincidence. I searched for locksmith on Yelp and messaged the first 3 on facebook I found with a facebook page and asked them if they could rekey my new ECU to my car. Out of the three I messaged, one didn't get back to me, one said They couldn't do it, and Hillel said he could do it no problem. He gave me a price and I was like, yes that works. I then contact him a couple days later to setup a time to come by his shop. I get to his shop and I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes Tops. Ended up coming here because I needed to have a key made for a key box we have at work. Showed up and it wasn't open so I called the number listed here and a gentleman immiedlty came and unlocked the door and helped me. I had little to no information about the lock but in about 15-20 minutes he was able to make a key for me that worked just fine! I always search for the best price for any service I use. Heritage's prices are the best I could find in Buffalo, but that aside there's a lot more to say. My friend used Heritage and he recommended them too saying they had quick service. So after calling multiple places for prices and my friends review, I decided to go with them. I met 2 of the technicians through the process, both of which were very professional, helpful, and friendly. They came 2 days in a row and were punctual and communicated effectively. I happen to see them on my block in their van with their logo while they were assisting someone else. They gave me their card and I showed up today. Buyer beware. I went to their shop for a auto key replacement key. Before I had called I got a price and was told to call before I come in so some one would be there. The replacement key created works fine, but the price quoted was much different. I was quoted $40 on the phone. When the key was created it was now $99. This is more then the dealer charges, so I knew something was wrong. I mentioned it and the price then became $70. I should have left. I paid the $70, but the more I thought about it bothered me and I do not want someone else to be treated the same way. I sent an email to the owners and got no reply. Not getting a reply tells me they don't care or is part of their normal practice. So be careful with this vendor. read more

When I went to the shop, the guy instead repaired my existing fob and cut me a new spare key.
