So I called him back at around 12:30 pm to ask when he would be over. He said that he was not in the area anymore and was already here. Ok, so I tried to find out when he could be here, then he kept saying my name over and over again then said he did not know when he would be in my area again and hung up on me! I called back to find out why he hung up on me and why he kept saying my name, he stated he was trying to calm me down and that he was busy. Really, I did not shout at him or give him a hard time, just trying to find if and when he could get back over to repair the opener. So again he said had no idea when he would be back in my area and could not give me any time or day what so ever!. So because he was giving me such a hard time I called some one else. I did, and had no trouble getting a confirmation for a time and day with another company.

He told me it was a very simple problem, a spider built a nest in the eye and that is why it was blinking. It took him about 5 minutes. The complaint I have is that , 1. the lady on the phone could have asked me if I checked the eye for spider nests saving me $135.00 or 2. not charged me $135.00 for five minutes but a reasonable amount for 5 minutes. I will not be calling them again. It's a shame that companies rip off the public.

Josh meticulously covered every single detail about our garage doors, their intricate parts, nice to know facts , programming the remotes and where the problem areas lied. While observing him make the repairs, I was intrigued how he would verbally explain to me exactly what he was doing and why -without taking his eyes off the work at hand.
