The tech who came to do the install was very punctual and professional. He explained everything after the install was complete, and demonstrated the safety features since we have young kids. From start to finish they were very friendly, responsive, and professional and made the process incredibly easy and smooth. He told me it was a very simple problem, a spider built a nest in the eye and that is why it was blinking. It took him about 5 minutes. The complaint I have is that , 1. the lady on the phone could have asked me if I checked the eye for spider nests saving me $135.00 or 2. not charged me $135.00 for five minutes but a reasonable amount for 5 minutes. I will not be calling them again. It's a shame that companies rip off the public.
