He's a very decent dude that I like dealing with even before we talk about his services. He's well priced and he's my go to for lock stuff. He no longer can install car locks directly due to logistical problems but he will still change/fix vehicle locks if you can bring the stuff to him read more

I would recommend going elsewhere. I called after my car was ransacked and my key was stolen. I explained that another locksmith had already tried two fobs without success. The person who answered told me I "did not make a complete sentence." I found the response rude and unprofessional, especially given the stressful situation. I decided to take my business elsewhere. read more

Very kind customer service and super fast! I needed copies of two of my keys made and they were done within about two minutes, super quick and easy :) And the cost was so cheap too! Would definitely recommend. read more

horrible answering. Ive called several days multiple times throughout the day and I get the answering service one first ring. Has not returned a call yet & I've been calling for 4 days now. Don't recommend doing business with anyone who lacks customer service. read more

The customer service is awesome. They usually have what I want. Great price. Nice selection of custom keys.

Waited 4 hours for a call back which never came. I called them again and it sounded like they had no plans to call back. "Yeah, we have no one to send out, and we're going to be out of town tomorrow." Couldn't be more disinterested or less helpful. Thanks for nothing. read more

Amazing quick to task and great price!!got two new key fobs programmed and keys cut in a few minutes and much cheaper than dealership

Excellent experience getting keys made here. While that might not seem like a mean fete, the places succeeded where two major chains failed. After buying a lock at Home Depot and installing it, we sought to have extra keys made. Home Depot said they could not do it. Ace Hardware made the keys but they didn't work. Then we went here and were informed that this is the most common key in the world and that everyone else were idiots. This is probably this time my husband insisted on a Yelp review. read more

Perfect place to get a key made. The guy who made my keys was super friendly as soon as I walked into the door, he gave me his full attention. He warned me one sort of key would be a bit more expensive and asked me if I still wanted to proceed (yup), appreciate the extra communication. I've never had to use their locksmith services to change locks yet, but for key making...it's a great local place with reasonable prices and a $5 minimum to use credit. read more

Best key guy in the area, keys are made quickly and for a good price. Owner is super nice!

Great Service, always has what you need. They will even come to your house and door lock repair or replacement

Provisional review -- only one use. I had been looking for a locksmith to visit a property and rekey a lock for a number of weeks, each time getting estimates of triple figures, before learning that I could easily remove the lock from the door and bring it directly to a locksmith. So I showed up to this tiny local place knowing nothing about it having not made any communication beforehand and plopped my lock on their narrow counter. "Can you rekey this?" "Yes, would you like to wait? It'll be about five to ten minutes." I was floored. By the time I had but purchased three apples at PriceRite, my lock had been rekeyed... for less than $9.00. The manager, sensing my utter lack of handiness, I suspect, showed me how to refit it together twice just in case and sent me on my way. I was impressed. This was but my first experience with them, and I hate to give anyone a five-star review after but one simple visit, but the visit was so efficient, so excellent, of such exemplary value that I'll be sure to consult with them first whenever I need future locksmithing work. read more

Lock Man came on time, and cheerfully and competently fixed what was wrong. (An electrician had pushed the buttons on the lock on my front door all the way in, making it permanently locked thereby rendering my AT&T Digital Life lock useless. Yes, he was AT&T's electrician. That's for another review...) He had to take it apart and refit it with a new spring. It cost a little over $100. I had no keys made. He did compliment my lock and my dogs. I'd call him again, but I hope I don't have to. read more

I called to have my Locks re-keyed in Buffalo NY. Dave was very helpful setting up the appointment. Bob, the technician, was punctual, courteous and very efficient. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I highly recommend Lockman Lock Service. read more

Quick production of duplicate keys. Reasonably priced. For this particular service, couldn't expect much better results.

I searched Yelp to find someone to repair two door knobs in my home. Bob arrived promptly at 8:00 a half hour earlier than expected which worked even better for me. Efficient would be an understatement to describe the skillful way he proceeded to make the repairs. I learned a lot, but, wouldn't hesitate to call on them again in the future. Made my day! read more

Great service and response time. Very knowledge about older locks and mechanisms. Really appreciate their service and help!

These guys are whizzes ! Home ,Car or Commercial. They installed a commercial door closer 2 years ago that is still working flawlessly . And it gets a LOT of abuse . Good people too! read more

Lockman Lock Service is the best-est! Visited 3 different locksmiths between CO and Buffalo, NY trying to get a spare key made for a Yakima Rack and he was the only guy that could help me out. Awesome locksmith and pleasant to work with. Thanks! read more

Chose this company based on reviews and was NOT disappointed. From the employee who took the call, to the quick manner in which they were able to reach our office, to the technician who did the work, everyone was super friendly and even more efficient! My original Yahoo search for a local locksmith started out as a bust, but Google steered me in the right direction and I was able to resolve the issue, with Lockman's help, in less than two hours! Totally impressed! Totally pleased! And Joe made my day. :) Call Lockman first... you won't be sorry. read more

Most locksmiths can probably make a key, these guys do all that and they're hilarious. I sometimes go here to have a key made even when I don't need one just because I know they'll make my day better. read more

Friendly, responsive, honest price. All in all not a bad experience for being locked out of my house.

I like these guys. These guys are Upbeat and Quick, always good for a laugh (good Italian Stock). Great selection of keys and cheap. I've never had a problem going here. Parking is right up front. read more

Who ever thought that getting keys cut could be fun? These guys understand the basics: it doesn't hurt to be friendly while delivering a service to a stranger. Lockman Lock SVC definitely gets my recommendation! read more

These guys are great. Highly recommended! Very fair prices and the work they do is the best in the city.

Great work, fair prices, and a nice staff!

Recently, I had to get a 2nd transponder key made for my car because the original owner had lost one of the keys. The car dealer said it would cost $120 and take one hour to complete. I ran over to Lockman where he cut and programmed the key right in front of me in about 10 min. The price was significantly lower than the dealer as well (~$80). I would highly recommend this little shop! read more
