After the refund was finally issued, I began telling her that her behavior was inappropriate, and she told me she doesn't have to listen to me and walked away--leaving the other clerks to apologize for her conduct. The staff members were very kind and professional, and they made it clear they understood why I was upset. Rovina, the assistant manager, was far better equipped to handle the situation and showed the professionalism that Alex did not. The issue wasn't the refund process--it was the manager's rude, dismissive, and unprofessional behavior.
