Not so with Finn & Sons. These folks were nice over the phone, prompt when they arrived to work on our job, did what they said they were going to do and for an appropriate price. The only reason for a 4 star instead of 5 is I think they were a little confused when they got here and immediately started taking off the whole door handle on the front door of our house instead of asking where they should be going (the new room on the back of the house). That was just a small misunderstanding that only took 5 minutes to rectify, so not an issue there. We prefer to use local guys for our work and support small, local businesses when we can, so we were glad to have these guys out to do our job for us.
