I live in the Bay Area in CA and am now taking care of my Father-in-law and can't leave. David from Mini Storage Wearhouse stepped up to help me and allowed me to release ownership so I could stop having the burden of trying to remove the stuff and paying the monthly storage fee. Had at least 15 people in the climate control area for a bunco party 3. Never returned my deposit; stated it had been mailed. Address to which the deposit destined was the same where my rent receipts were mailed and I always received those for the years I rented there. 4. Broken down dollies were left without attempts to repair. 5. Was on the list for a smaller unit and was never notified when it became available. I rented here years ago with a different manager and it was a professional, clean experience. Although one of the cheaper facilities, if you want professionalism you might want to think twice about renting at AAA Secured Storage while Bunny is the manager.
