I receive confirmation of the move-out and what's expected of me and the unit. I show up today to inventory my unit, plan what's going into my rental and what's to be sold this week, only to find the red lock of shame on my unit. There goes my plans for the day. First off, I'm in this move-out trip nearly 3k, with airfare, hotel, and rental car. My time in Medford is limited. I show up, ready to be proactive and find that I'm at a literal impasse on a Sunday with nobody available to assist in this situation. A wasted day, of which I only have four of in-state. For what? I live in the Bay Area in CA and am now taking care of my Father-in-law and can't leave. David from Mini Storage Wearhouse stepped up to help me and allowed me to release ownership so I could stop having the burden of trying to remove the stuff and paying the monthly storage fee.
