We needed mobile storage units to store elevator components while we finished building the elevator shaft at our construction site. I visited MMS and picked out 2 brand new 20 foot units. We scheduled a delivery date and time and they had the units in place how we asked for them at the time we requested. When it was time to pick them up there was a glitch with the email requesting pickup and we were on a tight time frame as the parking lot was getting removed and replaced. MMS bent over backwards to get our units off the parking lot before the excavator crew showed up. They also move the small storage unit we have Onsite for us whenever we need it. Absolutely love this place. The containers are in great condition. Clean. Secure. There are security cameras everywhere so I'm never worried about my belongings. I love being able to access my stuff whenever I want, regardless of the office hours. The ladies in the office are fantastic. So polite. Always willing to answer my millions of questions. We went month to month which was convenient since our project didn't have a solid timeline. The unit came clean which made it easy to immediately load furniture into it.
