The day prior to moving from my townhouse in Talent, OR to a new residence in Ashland, OR, I received a shipment from my storage unit in Dallas, TX. To my surprise I had underestimated the quantity of personal belongings I had. I called numerous different storage companies in the area and they all simply asked me to call back during the first week of the upcoming month. I called South Talent Storage and left a message indicating the bind I was in. The owner, Maddy, called me back promptly and said she understood my situation and would make every attempt to help me out. The next day a unit was available and I received a call from Maddy. I went over, completed the paperwork, and she issue me a key lock and a entry gate code. During the 6 months I had the unit, I found the location to be ideal, secure, well lighted, entry easy, the unit was new, clean, dry, and easily accessible. There is security 24/7, and upon moving out one of the maintenance men even helped me load my car. Monthly payment were done online and I found the rates to be very reasonable compared to what I had paid historically, and compared to quotes I received locally for the same size unit.
