This is not a secure site they don't have motion lights or cameras, or alarms alert if electrified fencing is cut or damaged on site manager does not notify you if your RVs motorhomes have been cased by people who should not be on property they have had several problems with people entering the property from the trailer park next door by cutting the fence several times efforts took to secure the fence we're by taking wire and simply pulling the cuts together they did not repair the fence with new fencing they did not raise the fencing height Electrify that side in fact the only part of the fence that is electrified is the front gate this is not what is stated at the front gate it states fence is electrified it leaves you to believe the entire fence is electrified not only the gate my motorhome $35,000 and is for sale when showing my motorhome the onsite manager notified me that he had caught a transient man twice casing my motorhome and fiddling with the water heater wires at which point he told the man if he had caught him again he would call the police later to find out he did catch the man or a man again notifying my mother that the lock was broken on the sewer compartment then again not but a few weeks later a full break in crowbarred the door open stealing The Back-up Camera monitor attempting to pull out the middle console breaking the driver side door lock tampering with the propane tank you would not repair the fence under any circumstances until look full police report was filed then when we had our mechanic come to start repairs on our motorhome onsite manager called the police her a star mechanic called my older sister sister yelling and screaming then 2 Days Later my mom's phone died the owner of the park called started harassing my mother leaving several voicemails becoming irate every time getting more and more angry because he could not get through and then decided that we have to vacate the property with less than 30 days notice due to the fact that they did not secure their site and allowed our motorhome to be vandalized which decrease the value by several thousand dollars a new door on a Minnie Winnie is $3,500 a new lock on a door alone is 250 a new backup monitor is 400 to $500 they do not want to be held responsible for their irresponsible storage of our property we have been paying every month on time for over 2 years South Valley mini storage RV storage facility is an unsafe facility to store your RV fifth wheel anything of value the onsite manager will not notify you unless there is visible damage I guarantee you I am not the first victim of vandalism or theft on this property I guarantee you that they will fight you for any compensation blaming you and evicting you at no fault of your own they allowed their facility to be unsecured knowing it is unsecured and hoping that they can bully and manipulate their customers it is just me and my mom two women who don't have very much money and these are two men we're taking full advantage of the fact that we don't have funds to fight them we needed to sell this RV it was worth something it was in good condition perfect condition it's motor was perfect is perfect there was not one wrong thing with it other than wear and tear on the outside they allowed our property to be vandalized and now they are allowing my mother to lose money a 70 year old woman that she should not have lost money on this RV is a little mini home it has everything we thought it was safe there and it was not took money out of our pockets out of my mother's pockets greedy pigs there are plenty of places to store your RVs your fifth wheels your motorhomes if you don't care about your property this is the perfect place for you if you care about the safety of your property this is not the place for you they assured us that they were going to watch out for our property after the first time they told us that they wouldn't allow this to happen again and they allowed it and they didn't tell us right away they didn't tell us until they couldn't hide it until the damage was evident now we have to have a stick in the window because the lock is broken they decreased the value so significantly I am so angry my mother didn't deserve this so if anybody reads this anybody looking for a place to put their property I would not park it there I would find somewhere else because that Park next door is not a safe place and if you take a look around that fencing take a good look around it before you decide and you'll see what I'm talking about it's easy to get over that fence it's easy for them to cut it because it is not electrified they do not treat you kindly the owner is crazy he told my older sister that he would have shot my mechanic on site even though my mechanic has a license that states he is a certified technician and it's very clear that he is a mechanic and not a thief not someone with a crowbar trying to bust open the side door and break a lock to get in read more
