David from Mini Storage Wearhouse stepped up to help me and allowed me to release ownership so I could stop having the burden of trying to remove the stuff and paying the monthly storage fee. One was paid back. Then they tell me that the unit I rented needed to be cleaned out as well to get the deposit back. Which wasnt as agreed on the day of the renta . They just wanted to keep my money. On top of them trying to scam me out of my mone . I had to get my unit I just rented cleaned ou . Had to hire movers asap to come get the stuff before this scam business steals it like they wanted to steal the deposit. They wouldnt even refund the funds from the rental uni . Russ has gone out of his way (driving all the way from Gold Hill) to come here and save my work equipment from the rain. This speaks volumes as to the kind of business that they run at South Talent Self Storage.
