If you want a professional on site manager, look elsewhere, here are a few examples why:
1. Manager's personal belongings spilled over into lobby impeaching customer movement,
2. Had at least 15 people in the climate control area for a bunco party
3. Never returned my deposit; stated it had been mailed. Address to which the deposit destined was the same where my rent receipts were mailed and I always received those for the years I rented there.
4. Broken down dollies were left without attempts to repair.
5. Was on the list for a smaller unit and was never notified when it became available.
I rented here years ago with a different manager and it was a professional, clean experience.
Although one of the cheaper facilities, if you want professionalism you might want to think twice about renting at AAA Secured Storage while Bunny is the manager. read more
