I love the staff & selection of Location Carpet & Flooring. They have a huge selection of luxury vinyl plank, which is my new favorite flooring. Also, they have great installation. I tried installing flooring several years ago after hearing how easy it is, wrong. I would have saved a lot of money & aggravation if I just would have went to Location Carpet. I'm glad I know where to go now. Highly recommend!!! read more

I had purchased tiles (kitchen backsplash and bathroom floor) as well as carpet (material and installation) for my basement and could not be happier with my overall experience with Location Carpet. From the time I had first contacted them to inquire about their selections and price points, they were very helpful and accommodating. They quickly understood my needs and respected my budget which is very refreshing when dealing with retail locations. The entire staff is very customer service oriented and goes over and beyond to help their clients meet their needs and stay within budget. They made the process of selection very easy by sending me multiple carpet and floor samples conveniently to my home. I was also very impressed with their quality check/assurance prior to them coming out to do the carpet install. There was an issue with my carpet that they had luckily identified in the store when doing their QA checks and had worked to quickly resolve it and get me a new shipment of carpet in less than a week. The installation was very well done and I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism and care on the part of the installers. The store even contacted me a few days after the installation to ensure that I was completely satisfied and had not experienced any issues with the carpet or tiles. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Location Carpet to anyone looking at flooring options for their home. read more

I purchased kitchen flooring. A small problem arose. They came to my home 4 times, problem not completely fixed. They offered to come again. I declined. Not worth the bother and inconvenience of having them out again. First visit they evaluated problem. Second visit they were late and not prepared to fix, evaluated again. Third visit, late and half prepared to fix. Had to leave and come back with more equipment. Small problem remained. In the end another visit to evaluate and the suggestion was to come back. That is when I said, "No." read more

The very best place in Northeast Ohio to get your carpet and floors installed by. Hands down the fastest, most professional, and affordable in our region! They first did work for me around 2005 and I have been using and recommending them ever since! What made me write today is noticing the premium hardwood floor I had installed in early 2007. I had wanted something luxurious but durable (that I had the money for too!). They didn't let me down and they still haven't as the floor still gets compliments from the inlaws and I am still enjoying it well over a decade later. Chuck, Craig and Craig have decades of professional flooring experience among them and are true craftsmen. They were very friendly, respectful of our home and treated our furniture and belongings with kid gloves. The results are the ultimate proof. Before the LVF, we had a mash up of tile and carpeting. We love that now the flooring flows so seamlessly from room to room and really opens up our entire first floor. The Carpet Company had previously laid carpeting in another area of our house and we were so very pleased with that experience. Great carpet selection and super service and installation then as well. I should also mention Bruce back at the shop who is so helpful and friendly in person and over the phone. This is a very kind team who work well together and genuinely care for their customers!
