Instead of showing up or communicating, Jody would send his receptionist (who had no idea what was going on) to collect payments or deal with contractors he had upset. He is extremely dishonest and unreliable. We've had to shower at my parents' house in Bainbridge this entire time because our only other bathroom is just a half bath. We've officially terminated his services and are now pursuing legal action. Do yourself a favor -- stay far away from Rikmin Company.
