From the beginning they were friendly, helpful, and professional. They were knowledgeable about which products would suit us best. The installer was just as friendly, professional, and skilled. The time from the estimate to the installation was super quick which we really appreciated. The basement is once again a comfortable place to be. We thank you and all my son's gaming friends thank you too. Our basement is the place to be. The floor must be super cushioned because those boys sure don't mind sleeping until noon on the floor. I can hardly wait until we can do our next flooring project.

Then Jamie was quick to offer many ideas. She even allowed us to take home samples and make recommendations to installers who are well qualified and as professional as they are. I would also like to say Carrie one of the owners came to our house and brought samples and took measurements. She was very professional and listened to what my wife and I had to say. Later when my wife changed somethings Carrie did it and made us feel less like we were family and made the adjustments without a hassle. The quotes were excellent and cannot wait till the work is complete it is great value.

His two-man installation crew are very good and installed the carpet sooner than I expected. They had the old carpet removed and the new one installed very quickly. They put the furniture we couldn't move ourselves back in place where they were before the install. They asked me where a couple of furniture pieces went if they weren't sure. We did have to remove all of the items that were inside the furniture (bookcases and hutch). This was so the furniture would be easy to move. They had everything cleaned up and vacuumed up so that the area the rug was installed in was better than before they started. I would highly recommend this company!

Avoid Rikmin Company and Jody Belvins at all costs. We hired them to renovate our main bathroom,…read moreand after five weeks, it's still not finished. The project was delayed, communication was terrible, and Jody was nearly impossible to reach -- even his own receptionist admitted that. Instead of showing up or communicating, Jody would send his receptionist (who had no idea what was going on) to collect payments or deal with contractors he had upset. He is extremely dishonest and unreliable. We've had to shower at my parents' house in Bainbridge this entire time because our only other bathroom is just a half bath. We've officially terminated his services and are now pursuing legal action. Do yourself a favor -- stay far away from Rikmin Company.
