Great little place the staff was amazing and the house wine and grappa we're spot on. We sat down to order a pizza it was made to perfection. Great place to people watch as you dine "Al fresco"

    1 liter of draft Peroni.

What an enjoyable experience when looking for a comfortable restaurant while walking to Trevi Fountain! Our server, Andre (tall, thin, silver hair, early 50s) was without one of the best that we've encountered in all of Europe with his dinner recommendations, knowledge of the area, and command of English, French, Portugese, Spanish, and Italian. That, and he had a really good sense of humor that put us at us. While awaiting our entree orders of lasagna and Penne All' Amatriciana (the basil content was magnificent), Andre offered us an assortment of different meats & cheeses, in addition to a small sample size of some bruschetta bread with diced tomatoes. Focaccia bread with a light sprinkle of basil was the appetizer, which we opted to be served with tap water, a glass of Rose, and a very large 1 liter-sized draft of Peroni beer. The liter of Peroni brew? GOOOOOD GAWWWWD, was it good! The lasagna was well-baked, and the Penne All' Amatriciana proved to be prepared exceptionally. Andre offered dessert, yet we would have to take a rain check on that one. The beer alone was my dessert. The final bill came to about 80 Euros, which included the gratuity fee (about 7-8 Euros). No hidden charges, and we expected the gratuity fee. Altogether, this late lunch/early dinner was among our best during our time in Rome. We'll certainly return!

Went here for a drink on Thursday, nice waiters, came back on Friday with my husband for a take away drink and while we were waiting I went to use the bathroom and a lady in a denim blue dress blocked me. I think she's the manager or owner and I said we were here for the take away drink...noticed she did not do this to anyone else. I am brown skinned..Hispanic, have never seen this treatment in Los Angels where I am from...I felt humiliated

You know when you're really tired as in jet lagged tired and you walk into the wall or a door, or are barely awoken by the squeal of your cat's tail being crushed under your heel..that's the scenario at this joint.. I ordered alfredo pasta which was tasteless as in no taste, ordered focaccia bread with mozzarella cheese..it was a big piece of pita with cold cheese cut on circles on top.. Ummmm I know this restaurant is in a touristy area but OMG..ROME WHERE THE DOUBLE F ARE YOUR STANDARDS!!!! Absolutely tasteless food, was bullied by the waiter into ordering food and this car salesman from NEW JERSEY with a fake ITALIAN accent had the audacity to ask me to checkin to yelp!! This is me checking in.

Their chicken "special" ... NO TASTE

CROOKS! NO FLAVOR! RIP OFF! STAY AWAY! READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS! Friendly woman oustside restaurant lured us in with the menu. We were so tired and hungry so we gave it a shot. I ordered fettuccine bolognese with grilled chicken but waiter sweet talked us into getting their "special" which was also grilled chicken so I said ok. Food came out nasty, pasta was gross and focaccia had cold cheese thrown on it. Bill was ridiculous and a total surprise to us. We were just over it so we paid, esp since staff didnt know English so no use trying to question it. WORST place ever!!

    Beautiful Grilled Salmon!

This place was spectacular! Don't miss this spot! I was a little afraid because it is located down the lane from Trevi Fountain, but this place was an absolute jewel! I'm a very picky American, used to eating at gourmet, Michelin star restaurants. First of all the waiter introduced himself and colleagues! Even brought out the Chef after our meal! VERY hospitable! Next the bread was traditional Italian rustic, we had to ask for olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then the waiter suggested ordering the Focaccia bread with garlic! What a treat! (who can say no to more bread in Rome!) Next we ordered the Bruschetta with tomatoes, but the waiter suggested something "off menu" We ended up with this wonderful large sliced bruschetta with marscopone cheese and smoked salmon! Then another plate of bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella melted with prosciutto on top! It was a culinary delight! Then came the main! We had a group of 8! We ordered Grilled Salmon(one of the best pieces of fish I've ever had) Seafood Carbonara (seafood was fresh and was not skimped on) and this also had a light wine sauce! We had Lasagna topped with buffalo mozzarella! It tasted as if your Italian Grandma was making it all day!! We ordered the Carbonara pasta with just pancetta(crispy pancetta! And creamy rich sauce!) Needless to say the pasta is made on site and food is made to order. This was one of the best restaurants in Rome!

Typical tourist trap located amidst a busy safari. Service is wonderful, food is hit or miss, similar to a hunting trip (no pun intended). My spaghetti cabaroni was lovely, however my wife's eggplant parmasean AND Margherita a pizza (she's one big zebra) were 2/5 quality. Margherita pizza is literally a cheese pizza with one piece of basil in the middle. Eggplant parmasean is listed in the pasta section but, has no pasta-just eggplant. 6/10 would not come again.

The first and the last spot that my friend and I stopped to eat in Rome. We had such a fantastic time dining here on both occasions. Our first time we shared a plate of three bruschetta and found each one was really a fantastic celebration of flavor in our mouths. The flavor profiles were true to the ingredients simple and fantastically delicious. I then had the Carbonara and I am fairly sure I will dream of that Carbonara for a long time. It was delicious and filling and the pasta was cooked to perfection. We shared a tiramisu which was also perfectly sublime. Simply put that first trip was the absolute perfect welcome to Rome. It was why we ended up going back a second time! I'll write a separate review for that meal later!

This is a nice little place right next to Trevi Fountain. Wait staff were very nice, talked to the kids. Talked about his sons and his favorite football team (showed us his Lazio tattoo, on his arm). We didn't get any funny business with the bill or any issues as other reviews indicate. The food was very good. Homemade pasta was outstanding. My kids both had gnocchi and I had the peppered bacon dish. Fried calamari and bruschetta were both excellent as well. Should have stopped at pasta, but I wanted to try a bit if everything. Saltimbocca was just okay. Didn't care for the fried shrimp that came with the calamari, so I would recommend the calamari only. Air conditioned indoor seating (small place) and free wifi. All in all, I would give it a try

    Yummy cheese and meat platter!

Best pizza I had in Rome!! Very nice staff and the pizza is very thin crust. Delicious and what I was hoping for in Rome!
