I will normally send Jon an email letting him know what our needs are and I have a response from him with a quote within the hour! All of our stuff is ready in a timely manner and we have never had any issues with any of the embroidery. My shirts are now over 2 years old and though the colors have faded from the shirts due to the frequent washing, the embroidered logos still looks brand new. Jon makes sure to keep us in the loop about new products such as water bottles and other things you wouldn't think to order from an embroidery place. They never did call me back in over a month, if there was zero stars, I would give them -1 stars

Both drinks were incredibly well balanced and so refreshing on a hot day. The Tropical Trek was definitely my favorite and something I'd come back for. Its tonic base gave it a bright, tart, earthy profile that complemented the richness of the Tropical Trek really well. The interior was clean and inviting, the AC was much appreciated, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
