A woman told me the name, and I asked what they did there. And I'm definitely not bringing any of my screen printing or embroidery jobs to them!

I really wanted to support a local business, which is why I came here in the first place. I stopped…read morein to place what I felt was a pretty decent-sized order for custom baseball jerseys, hoping for some guidance since I was still working through the design. Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. Instead, the lack of communication cost you a customer, and unfortunately, future orders as well.

I want to express my family's deepest gratitude to Byron at Elev8 Creative Branding in Fair Oaks…read morefor the compassionate and skilled work he did for us. After the sudden and heartbreaking loss of my nine-year-old nephew in an accident, I was overwhelmed with grief and emotions. Planning a memorial in such a state was incredibly difficult, and I know I was scattered and unnervingly emotional. Despite this, Byron was gentle, patient, and truly understanding. He created beautiful printed programs, custom trading cards, silicone bracelets with my nephew's heartbeat etched inside, and custom die-cut stickers that we gave to the medical staff as thank yous. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the turnaround was faster than I could have ever imagined. These items brought a sense of comfort and connection to everyone who received them, and for that, I will forever be grateful. I look forward to working with Byron again under better circumstances, and my family and I will always remember the kindness and care he showed us during this difficult time. I am a digital marketer and have worked with many vendors; If you need someone who combines expert technical knowledge and creativity with true compassion, I highly recommend Elev8 Creative Branding.

Definitely would recommend this place and Byron's work to anyone. Great experience.
