Got some work done here, did not get the results I needed when creating a logo. Respectfully, I was not to please with the designer work and it took longer to get the final design on time for production, I just took the lost, it was pointless to go back and forward with my edits, I had them give me whatever they came up with and took my ideas to a different designer to finalize my brands logo unfortunately. read more

They advertise luggage sales on both their website and their sales windows. Upon entering, I was told "we no longer sell luggage. The store windows and the website are both old. We will update them soon." No apologies made for me for wasting my time coming to their store for their advertised products. I do not recommend this company. read more

Bag King is the King of Bags. I'm planning to fly out to the Big Easy and I needed 'bigger' and 'easier' to carry duffel bag. I'm a very particular person and I had a couple of name brand bags I had in mind. So with Yelp's help I searched the brands. And the ONLY shop to come up was Bag King located off of I-80 and Northgate. The place had barely any reviews. So I said 'Why Not?' I went in and low and behold this place is STACKED! The amount of bags are ridiculous overwhelming in a rather small space. Mindless to say this was a plus when trying to find my particular bag from all different types of shapes and color. I was greeted by the friendly store manager and she offered help and allowed me to explore all their fine selections. I was shown to a desktop computer in the store where the computers internet browser was pulled up to their website. The store is actually an online based store with this location being it's warehouse. Lucky me, it's conveniently located right here in Sacramento! Two things that popped into my head. No shipping and I can physically see and try it on before purchasing it thus avoiding the hassle of returning it if it's too big or simply not meeting my expectations. This place has it all from luggage, duffels and many other miscellaneous travel supplies. So I got onto the computer and searched all the bags instock and the store manager was more than happy to bring the bag out, opened it and allowed me to try it on. Eventually I found THE ONE a Herschel all black Walton duffel. I was very pleased to find it and used the President's day discount they offered at the time. An unusual recommendation for this place but if you plan on traveling anytime soon whether road or flight. Check this place out first before going to your local department store. Their selections are absolutely phenomenal! I already know I'm coming back here before my Hawaii trip. Sold. read more

Contacted Bag King last Thursday about some packaging and the pricing was great as well as the rep that handled that order and I give 5 stars for that however, my order had 2 parts and the second part has been frustrating to say the least. I needed branded info printed for the packaging we ordered (that arrived on time) and it made sense to have it all done at the same place. From the beginning I expressed that we needed it asap and asked what we needed to do to expedite things. Despite the numerous delays in email correspondence, (time sensitive correspondence should be by phone, as direct calls get things done much faster) we finally had our graphics finalized and again were assured that these graphic delays would not cause delivery delays. We were told we would receive our finished product on a Thursday and the order was placed exactly 1week prior. I ended up calling late the next day on Friday (after deliver was supposed be here) to find out status and request tracking info only to learn that delivery had been pushed back 2 days and the product was sent out 1 day after the expected delivery date arriving Saturday, 2 days late and on a weekend. I understand things happen but when urgency is expressed it should be a priority to communicate quickly and the customer should not have to check up and request tracking info or updates. I had to call to get anything done quickly and the same effort on their end could have saved us a lot of time. Every day lost is money lost and getting half of our order late means the whole thing is late. Pricing on packaging was phenomenal but I WILL NOT be ordering any printed material from them again. read more

Talk about amazing service. You go buy luggage and you expect to be talking about the bag. The store manager doesn't just talk about the bag. This one fits as a domestic carry-on, but not international carry-on. This one has the swivel wheels, but you see, the measurement includes the swivel wheels so you get a little less room here. Going to Europe? Lots of cobblestone, wouldn't recommend the swivel wheels. The guy is a gold-mine of information and can advise you much on more than, "this one is high quality nylon and lasts 10-years" We will be back read more

We are lucky in Sacramento to have this online luggage retainer conveniently located on Del Paso Road with a nice retail store and warehouse in the back. If they have it in stock online they can pull it from the warehouse in a mater of minutes. Friendly staff quickly found my item and brought it out front for me to purchase. The selection of brands in the store is minimal but what I saw was really cool and seemed like quality. The sales clerk was really great but could not help settle my 13 year old on a book carrying device. They do backpacks, messenger bags, luggage and laptop cases ( maybe more ) I liked the place. I received a travel pro suitcase at Christmas but it was not the color that I wanted. I contacted customer support and told them of my problem. They emailed me a return UPS document and they sent me the color of suitcase that I wanted. Their customer support was the best that I've come across - very friendly and helpful.
