Screen printing last name
Anthony A.

Recently needed to get some last names screen printed on some football jerseys. The first place I decided to try was Kombat Ink, I requested a quote and on that very day Pat responded back with what they would need to complete the order and how much it would cost. After going over what font and colors I wanted I was told to wait for them to get the names finished so all I had to do was stop in and they could complete the order on that visit. The next day I was emailed that the names were complete and I stopped by. I was in and out in less then ten minutes and the names look amazing on the jerseys. This will now be my go to place for any other jerseys or apparel I need screen printing on. Thanks again Pat for the great customer service, fast turn around and excellent finished product.

Our kids soccer clubs uses this place for our uniforms. The employees were very nice. The quality for the stuff we ordered was amazing. We just picked up our stuff at this location so we didn't have to pay for shipping. The location is very convenient. They also have an area to try uniforms on before you buy anything. I would definitely use this company again.

We put together a brand new U8 soccer team. With the additions and reductions in our roster, we couldn't order uniforms in time. Pat was very knowledgeable and found us quality yet inexpensive jerseys that could be over nighted to his shop. 2.5 days later as promised, our jerseys were there and printed ready for me to pick up. Also at the end of our last season, we (parents) wanted to get something special for the players. Pat got us a very good quality athletic t-shirt, printed and once again, on time as promised. We have used them in the past but at a club level were one person orders all uniforms. There must be a reason Kombat was the chosen vendor...they're great!!! Even though they specialize in soccer uniforms, they can also fulfill your needs in rugby, football, baseball...you get the idea. I would highly recommend Kombat Ink to everyone as they are very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, accurate, and on time as promised.

Logo design on pop up tent

Worked with Katie to get our logo design on our pop up tent. We are very pleased with the result! No more putting up a separate banner each tim for our community markets! What a time saver. Kombat Ink was easy to work with.

The thread breaks and is blurred off the left side. The print is not clean either. They charged me for this.

They really took care of me. My order was small, and they were working on large orders, but they squeezed me in between. Thanks!

She has the kind of…read moreenergy that makes you feel instantly comfortable, like you're talking to someone who actually gets why needlepoint matters. I walked in thinking I'd just browse a little, and she somehow turned it into one of the most fun, easy shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Maria didn't just point me toward a wall of canvases. She asked what I liked, what my style was, what my mom might enjoy, and she actually listened. She pulled out options I never would've found on my own, explained the details without making me feel overwhelmed, and helped me pick out a canvas for myself that I'm honestly obsessed with. She also helped me choose one for my mom that feels so perfectly her it almost made me emotional. There's something really refreshing about someone who knows their craft and still treats you like a person instead of a transaction. Maria made the whole visit feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely fun.

First thing is I love needlepoint, I'm a huge customer…read more I was a long time customer (40 years) of TheNeedlepointer in Edmonds, WA. This store was sold to someone in California and moved to California. In this sale/transition, I had items in the system to be finished. The wait for items during that time was a year+. Note that I invested $1K+ for the canvases and threads for these "sets" before prepaying for the finish work. The pre-paid finish work was over $1k. Previously, I've never had issues, so didn't think anything about time or $$. I knew it would show up eventually. When I got my finished items about a 1.5 years later, the finish work was all over the board and not what I asked for. I had some that were "soft" ornaments, which is what I asked for. Some where thing framed hard, some where think framed hard. The problem with this is that they were ornament "sets". So the finish work of each set didn't match. I called the new store and they told me that if I sent back the "sets" they'd send them out to have them "redone". I sent them all back at my cost and was told that it would be another year+ since they had to go back in line in the system for finishing. I agreed and then didn't think much about them. 2 years later I got a box of ripped up unfinished ornaments/needlepoint canvases with zero explanation. Imagine my shock! I called and asked "why they sent them back in the condition that they are in" . I got the run around on explanation for over a year, I kept having to send in the original paperwork and explain over and over to new people. My request was to complete the finish work that I paid for or refund the money so I could find someone to finish them on my own. They just kept giving me the run around, then a new person would respond and we'd go through the same process over and over. I am on my 5th person now. They offered me $200 to call it good. I declined. I think my next step is to take them to "quick claim court", I need to investigate how to do this. I recommend NEVER to use this company. There are so many other "needlework" shops out there that are reputable and super supportive. Its just been frustrating trying to deal with them long distance and since they don't answer their phone EVER, leaving messages and sending emails does nothing.

Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. Instead, the lack of communication cost you a customer, and unfortunately, future orders as well.
