The portions are appropriate and on par with the cost. I believe they could be more efficient if they didn't provide table service given the amount of space and available staff. This cafe could easily be mostly takeout or customers could order at the counter and seat themselves to enjoy their meal. The menu is very inspiring and provided plenty of options for customers to choose from. They even have gluten free options. The empanadas were clearly a big hit many patrons were ordering them. Kids faces were lighting up when waffles and pancakes arrived with heaping whipped cream and sprinkles!! We will go back to this establishment and would love to see this cafe succeed.

She told me about the studio and the classes, and how I can get the first class free, etc. I went in to check it out a week later, and was happy to see the place to be so inviting and cozy. It's nested inside a strip mall and not much to look at from the outside, but inside it opens up to a comfortable waiting area with nooks to store you stuff, and a large studio with wooden floors and ambient lighting. Vicki is a wonderful teacher who is very pleasant and relaxed. She doesn't push you at all, and she teaches you to be patient and non-judgmental with yourself, and do what your body tells you. I find the classes a good workout in terms of strengthening your body and improving flow. And I like how she incorporates a lot of mindfulness into the practice, so the experience is very holistic. I've not taken too many classes with other teachers, but they each have their own style; you just have to find what works for you. They do offer various levels and classes in addition to yoga, so there are many options. The rate is also reasonable. You can get an 8-class pass that doesn't expire, which is great if you aren't sure how often you'll go (a lot of other places only honor a pass for a certain number of months). I definitely recommend this place if you want to try out yoga in a comfortable and caring environment.

I love the studio; big enough to have room to stretch out, but not an auditorium or anything. Very cozy and calm. I've enjoyed the classes I've done (Basic 2 with Dee and Yoga With Irma). Both are a little slower than some of the popular Power Yoga classes around the area, but it was exactly what I'm looking for! A great pace that allows me to really focus on my breath and form, not just "power" through it. There are a variety of classes to try, so this studio seems great for the beginner and the yogi alike. As the other review mentioned, the price is actually amazing. $12 drop in and ten classes for $80? I can tell you, that is the best price in the area, and I know because I've been looking for a place just like this! I will definitely report back after I've had a few more classes here, but I'm sold right now and I don't envision that changing. They also have some pretty interesting looking workshops that I will definitely try in the future. So happy to have found Yoga One!

The coffee is usually great, and I cringe at the stupidly large markups and just pay anyway, but this time was so bad I just can't ever come back. My coffee was an iced oat milk latte with no flavoring. Pretty simple. Had milk curdles all in it. Okay, whatever. Might ask for a new one, let's see how food comes out. Lady who very loudly asked me "WAS YOUR LATTE ICED OR HOT?" (weird) drops my açaí bowl on the table rather aggressively. Worth noting that when we talked in this woman yells "I'LL BE WITH YOU BOTH IN A MINUTE" and then rushes into the bathroom. Hungover maybe? Later overheard her saying that today was her last day. Guess we should have come tomorrow! Then my girlfriend's drink comes out. This is served in a glass, not a plastic like I got. How come they're in different cups? Both iced coffees, same order. Weird. This lady then proceeds to play with a customer's dog for a minute and a half while the only other two employees behind the counter are a manager and a trainee so everything is moving super slow. Girlfriend's food finally comes out. It's oatmeal, and it's COLD. At this point, I have to ask for my money back for that. K go to the front counter to tell the same lady what's wrong, and she just goes "WHAT'S UP?"- I tell her the oatmeal is wrong and then she says "I'm not the manager, I can't do that," instead of just gesturing or talking to her manager who was literally standing 3 feet away from her. Anyway, I get my money back from the manager, who profusely apologizes, then I sit outside with my latte and it's dripping everywhere since it's overfilled. Just wrong. The whole experience was wrong. And get this, people: a 16oz iced latte, a 12oz iced latte with an extra shot, a bowl of oatmeal, and a very small açaí bowl were FORTY-SIX DOLLARS. This place is SCAMMING YOU. Please go to 260 Bridge instead.

ENVIRONMENT Cute and cozy are the first words that come to mind when walking into the breakfast nook. The environment can best be described as the dining room of a cottage. There was ample seating and a sense of familiarity that instantly makes you feel at home. FOOD Bomb coffee!!!! I have to start there. While I was waiting for my food I heard several quips amongst the regulars about the quality of the coffee and I decided to take the dive myself. I was NOT disappointed.
