A whole group of us went there the other day for lunch as we had heard about this restaurant that has been opened since March but never had an opportunity to try it out. Well Sunday afternoon we did and I must say, I was impressed! It pushed all the buttons in terms of service, food, ambience and overall attentiveness to such a large party. It has a pretty comprehensive selection of just about anything you might be in a mood for and I found the food fresh and with a good taste! I had the burger and although I wouldn't consider myself a connoisseur of great burgers I'd have to say this one was really good! Was excited to see a new restaurant so we stopped in to give it a try. I will start by saying the host and server were very nice. We ordered the spinach dip for starters...wasn't bad and wasn't great! Entrees Meatloaf(cold) prepackaged Chkn fried Chkn(frozen prepackaged) Chicken tenders/fries (basic) All the food appeared to be prepackaged and bland. I've dined at this restaurant the first and second month that they were open. They have gotten some of the logistical issues fixed. Service has always been exceptional even at peak diner hours. They are extra cautious with food allergies, which I truly appreciate. I like their ambiance, there is outdoor patio and indoor seating. The outdoor ambiance is very cute and brunch like. They do not take reservations but there is priority seating. I highly recommend that option during dinner hours. I thoroughly enjoy their kabob entrees. Instead of seasonal roasted vegetables, the chef has given me an option of steamed green beans to abide soy. The herb rice and kabob were good, they could use just a tad more flavor. I usually get the combination (chicken and beef). They also have gluten free options. My friend ordered the lemon basil pasta with a side of chicken and she said it was delicious. My family ordered the skirt steak and that was their favorite. They really nailed the chimichurri sauce and the smoky flavor. The portions are reasonable for the price. I made a reservation for a weekend brunch thinking that it would be crowded, but wasn't. However, it is good to make one to avoid disappointment. Tables are placed near to each other and noise level is pretty high, thus having private conversations would be tough. My waitress took a pretty long time to get back to my table and I had to search for her to get my order placed. My partner and I had the Anaheim grilled chicken (changed to fried chicken), loaded baked potato soup, and the smoked salmon avocado toast with poached eggs. My food was served room temperature, especially the potato soup, which made the soup taste blah. One of the poached eggs was overcooked, which was fine since it was a difficult ingredient to master. The fried chicken was dry, and room temperature fried chicken with sauce just didn't taste good. Food portions were just right for one hungry person. There are outdoor, indoor, and bar seatings. Great vibes and super cute for a brunch! Stopped by with a friend and sat on the patio, the vibes are great and there's usually lots of families and people out (plus they have fans/shaded so it doesn't get too hot). The service was great and managers and other staff constantly check in on your tables. I ordered the huevos rancheros and it was delish! What a fun spot! Really nice atmosphere and relaxed vibe. We ordered the bacon jam club sandwich, the gyro plate, roasted beet poke bowl and the Local burger. All were great, no issues with anything. I want to highlight the burger however and it's juicy beef. The fries were decent, might like to try their homemade chips next time. Hidden gem!!! Wow this place was good. Came here for brunch and got the recover burrito and the huevos rancheros. The food was fresh and prepared with care. Well seasoned and large portions. We frequent the area and decided to try Local Table today -- and the food was AMAZING! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the customer service was top tier from start to finish. We ordered our food to go, and the staff gave great recommendations. The food came out quickly, and while we waited, they even offered us lemonade, which was such a nice touch! Once we got home, my daughter could not stop talking about how good her burger was... and she definitely wasn't sharing! I had the fried chicken breast, and I give it a 10/10. Even my super picky husband enjoyed the shrimp pasta with zero complaints, which says a lot! We're already planning to go back again this week. Local Table is new to our area so we had to check it out. We went in to get a seat but only outside was open unless you wanted to wait 45 minutes for inside( which we did because it was chilly outside) . We got our name and number on the list and went to wait in the car. 20 minutes went by and I asked my husband if he received the you're on the waiting list text and he didn't so he went inside and the lady said that we got a text 20 minutes ago (which was when we were in the restaurant) which we didn't....so we were seated immediately since there were seats open and others were just walking in and being seated....this was weird to us...since we really shouldn't have had to wait. We sat off from the bar and our waitress was amazing. We got a little of everything and it was all soo good! We got the Crab cake Benedict, french toast, Philly Cheesesteak, Frozen Mango drink and kids plate. The restaurant is very nice and spotless. We were celebrating Father's Day, first, my brother's coffee had at least a tablespoon of grounds in the bottom of the cup. Then he ordered the chicken and biscuit Benedict with grilled chicken, it came out fried, he sent it back and it came back with the coating scraped off. Next, he sent it back for a fresh biscuit with grilled chicken and it took at least 15 minutes, the poached eggs were hard boiled and he never got butter and jelly for the biscuit. The waitress was very nice and a manager kept coming by telling my brother that his food was coming, but it took way too long. So this place has been so many things but this may be the best! Seeing reviews we decided to check it out. The menu is diverse, something for everyone! I think the highest priced item, a steak is around $30. So very reasonably priced. I had the lemon pasta with chicken. The chicken was very tender and the flavor was great. Took half of it home. My husband had the honey ginger glazed salmon and it was amazing! He got green beans instead of the veggies and said they were kind of bland. We both got a slice of bread that was buttered and grilled and it was really good! We drank water and our bill before tip was $47. The ambience was nice, music not too loud. Lots of people but didn't feel crowded. I will say we hardly saw a server, seemed to change part way through or they were tag teaming. We had at least one manager ask how things were. They put a water carafe at the table so we really didn't need anything. At one point someone apologized for the wait on food but it was maybe 15 minutes from ordering to arrival. Just what this area desperately needed. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Nicely revamped inside. Nice bar area. Menu has a great selection. Decided to get meatloaf which was very tasty and seasoned well. Mashed potatoes with the sauce was also a nice touch. The green beans could have been sautéed better since they were hard as well as the garlic bread. Lemon chicken pasta was delicious. Also, I noticed everyone needed straws and most drink were served with barely any ice. Hope they can remedy that. The only con is with our young inexperienced waitress. Last time, I had the "Local Hamburger" - a large half-pound hamburger served with home-made french fries. My wife had their meatloaf dinner. Both of us were very impressed. Tonight, I had their chicken fried chicken with garlic toast and green beans. Replete with a delightfully creamy mushroom sauce, the chicken fried chicken is worthy of a Michelin star! I went with seven other people and everyone had good things to say about their meals. Give this restaurant a try. I encourage you to try the chicken fried chicken (hint....I asked for extra sauce on the side and I am very glad I did!). This place is by far the greatest restaurant that has opened up in this location since the Black Eyed Pea was here many years ago. I really hope it makes it! The atmosphere is gorgeous. great service the food is okayyy specifically the southern fried chicken entree, the green beans weren't the best... but fried chicken amazing. Management is quite concerning. They were being mean to staff in the middle of shift. Not dealt with after shift. The bartender Greg is made for this industry is incredible. I hope this place learns how to prioritize good staff. They also don't seem to prioritize the customer, If your evaluating your staff you should look first how the customers are, are their drinks refilled and are they in contact with the bartender creating a connection all of this matters. Three bartenders assigned at least one should be dedicated to making chemistry and connections with the customers. read more

My family visited Local Table for the first time last night and it was a great experience. I'll start with the restaurant/bar itself. They have redesigned the interior from the former tenant. The style and lighting is very inviting. The bar is excellent. I see us coming back a lot just for a good bar cocktail. My family got the kids chicken tenders and fries, lemon pasta with shrimp and a buffalo wrap. The lemon pasta was excellent! It had just enough citrus with a pop of heat from the red pepper flakes. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. It was great. The service was also top notch. Shandi did such a great job taking care of us. We'll definitely be back. read more
