Since my spring had shattered and the wires had snapped, the door was completely stuck. Dru charged me a small fee to manually get the door open just so I could get my car out, which was a huge lifesaver. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew his stuff. The same day, my main point of contact, Marko, came by to take measurements and provide a quote. Because my door had a specific "short panel window with long panel ridges" style, it required a custom order. He estimated about 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I knocked off half a star because the communication during that waiting period was frustrating.
