I've been using this place for years and have no issue with with my laundry but unfortunately I've had so many issues with delivery even before the pandemic. Almost every single time the driver has been very late with either pickup or drop off. Sometimes up to 2 hours past the delivery window. When I try to call to get an update they just say the driver is on the way, no eta or anything. If their drivers were more reliable I would give them 5 stars. I think I'll have to find another laundry pickup service. read more

I LOVE LOAD LAUNDRY! I've used all the laundry apps and laundromats in my neighborhood for pick up and drop off laundry and this has been the most efficient. They have never lost anything of mine, sometimes I forget to sort out the dry cleaning and they will call and ask. They are flexible with pick up and drop off, and they offer same day! read more

My first time ever using a laundry service and it was honestly soooo worth it. The pick up and delivery was on time and very very convenient, the gentleman was super nice (especially since I had a few heavy bags). The service itself was unreal, I had a huge order and my clothes/bedding/blankets/rug are all super clean, folded and packaged nicely. I'm unbelievably impressed. Additionally, my Apple Watch had been missing and got mixed up in my laundry somehow, and they returned it with my laundry. I was so happy I had to call and thank them. Laundry was always fine but had to stop using because they do not honor delivery or pick up times. I was getting calls while I was at work saying "I'm outside." Well, that's why I didn't pick this as a delivery/pick up time. Way too unreliable which made the service very inconvenient. 5 stars for laundry. 1 star for reliability. read more

They were rude to me for coming in at 9:15 at another laundromat (spincity) even though I go there every week, and their last wash is at 9:30. So I ended up coming here instead. At first when I was going to pick this place on delivery.com, I was a bit hesitant since they were on the pricier end. They charge $1.30/pound compared to $1.00/pound at most places for their wash and fold services. However, I'm blown away by their impeccable services. Unlike a bunch of laundromats listed on delivery.com that ask to provide a 2-4 hour window for pickup/delivery, load laundromat asks for a 1 hour window. They picked up and dropped off my laundry on time and the quality of their services is top notch. My clothes that were delivered back to me were wrinkle-free and I'm a huge fan of this place! Best laundry service experience so far living in NYC for 3 years Pros: - Wash & Fold always comes clean, no wrinkles - Dependable pick up/delivery timing - Staff is incredibly friendly, communicative and patient - Timely responses to questions, status etc. Cons - Laundry is fresh, but I like when there is a nice detergent scent. I ask them to use extra detergent, but it's sort of hit or miss unless I give them my own detergent Overall would definitely recommend. I absolutely LOVE this place! They are so helpful and convenient. They redid the store recently and use wonderful products (softeners /tide) and wash your clothes exactly the way you ask and everything comes back perfectly folded. The Load Laundry is absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough good about this place. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, and accommodates our custom requests for things like cold water wash or low heat dry. Everything is folded beautifully. SUCH bad customer service. Had a drop off scheduled for this morning and had to call them after it was supposed to be delivered to ask the status. On the phone, the woman told me that they hadn't even started my laundry yet and that all she could do was say sorry and reschedule for another drop off time. I didn't even receive the discount for using the app like I was told. She said that i had to pay full price. DISCOUNT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. Waste of $20 for a SMALL load of laundry. They have great drop off and pick up service, they have a app where you set the time you want your laundry picked up from what ever address you give them and you set the day and time you need your laundry dropped off. They are very punctual with the time you choose. read more

Man, I gotta say, their service is terrific. Its always on time. My clothes always come in plastic bags to keep them from getting wet during delivery. (Its the little things that makes the difference). Everything is nicely folded and organized. Frankly, they do It better than me doing my own laundry! This was my first time using their service and it was great! I put in an order on their app, which was so convenient, and I emailed them with a couple of questions and they replied extremely fast! I also called them to ask for dye free soap because I forgot to include it in my order and the woman on the phone was very friendly and accommodating. The delivery guy was on time for pick up and the text message beforehand was nice. Everything was accounted for, super clean and folded nicely. The prices were great as well. One minor inconvenience was that I set my delivery time for 6-8pm, but I got a text that they were on their way at 4:50pm. They showed up a few minutes later (while I was still at work), but luckily my roommate was home. I'm not sure what would have happened if no one was home, because I live in a walk up building where you need to be buzzed in. Other than that minor issue, I was super impressed and will definitely be using their service again in the future. read more

This is the most amazing laundry service ever. The last time I saw laundry done this nicely was when I was doing it myself in my own washer and dryer in my own home.......it comes back clean, soft, fresh and folded perfectly. I send everything to them. They have a box in their app that allows for laundering requests and I ask for hot water and low heat and when I need it, I request bleach which I need only some of the time when we have lots of stains we have left on them. I send clothes for them to hang dry also. The pick up and delivery works seamlessly. This staff is the only part we actually see and they are always well groomed and professional. The whole experience is such a relief. We have tried other services with no success at all. Load Laundromat is now a necessity........a part of New York with no struggle or strain. By far the best laundromat in the neighborhood! Brand new machines, excellently maintained so you don't have that burnt smell from lint that other places never clean from the back of the dryers. They use name brand cleaning solutions and even offer a pick up and delivery service. What more can you ask for?! read more
