They were a well oiled machine with knowing exactly who should be where when (once they had gotten everyone checked in). The wax dip left my hands feeling smooth and wonderful. I believe this is the room that they would usually use for the nail treatments (as they had nail polish on the wall). they then called individuals out to the treatment rooms. They were typical spa rooms with a place to put your things, a bed and the area with all their supplies. I'm a tall person and the bed was both wide and big enough (which sadly isn't always the case). Everything was very clean and service was friendly and informative.
