LMP does fantastic work and it's all done in a timely professional manner. They were very responsive and kept to the quoted amount and came when scheduled and finished in the time discussed. With the heat coming up we wanted to get a jump. He is super knowledgeable, and not just in AC. He was informative and taught us a lot about our system. Leonard did not try to upsell or try to get us to do anything else. He changed the air filter, found the problem (dual-capacitor fuse) and cleaned and serviced our system (both furnace and AC). I did not have LMP do any work on my air conditioning, but after explaining what was going on with my unit, the lady answering the phone was so helpful and even suggested a couple of things that I might try to possibly fix the problem so that I wouldn't have to pay for a service charge. LMP took on a relatively small job for me recently (after a few other companies ghosted me). We have a pretty old hvac system and were getting really bad air flow to part of the house. He taught me a lot about our current system, explained everything (without talking down to me), had a simple but elegant solution, and performed everything quickly and at a great price. Additionally, we asked for a quote to completely redo our system and install a heat pump - he talked me through various options and gave me a price lower than I was expecting (though I was expecting a very, very high price). We're still debating if we're going to go that route, but if we do we'd definitely go with LMP again. read more

Our 25 year old HVAC system finally gave out on us... right as temps dropped into the 30's at night. We reached out to LMP since they're a local family business. Lynnie was extremely helpful getting everything scheduled for us and helping to field a lot of our questions and Leonard was a solid professional from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with LMP Heating & Air...so much so that I've already passed off Leonard's contact information to a realtor friend of mine to recommend him to her clients! My air conditioner decided to stop cooling last week, and the repair company associated with my insurance company didn't have availability for weeks. Desperate, I sent a quote request to LMP and got a prompt reply within about 20 minutes, and an appointment schedule for the following morning. Leonard arrived on time (actually a little early), quickly diagnosed the problem and was on the way to a quick repair within 15 minutes (and he would have been even faster if my ac unit wasn't on the roof of a 4-story building!). He walked me through every step, and explained exactly what he was doing and what the purpose of the various parts were. He arrived on time and got right to work. He checked the circuit panel to make sure it wasn't a breaker needing reset. When that checked out, he went on the roof to check the HVAC unit.
