The cleaning crew did not show up on the agreed upon day, and we only found out when we called after they missed their arrival window. We were then guaranteed an 8 am start time the following day. Poor communication, only added frustration and stress to an already difficult time.

They left the oven without wiping out the oven cleaner, kitchen and utility room sinks were dirty, baseboards weren't wiped off, drawers were left dirty. They were supposed to clean out all cabinets and drawers. Some of the closets were never vacuumed. Very disappointed. After complaining, they came back out and cleaned again. The sinks and oven looked lots better, but we mopped floors again and water was very dirty. They could not have mopped it again.

Their booking system on their website was easy and understandable to use. The response time was really quick and easy too. I was able to get something scheduled the next day. They offered me times for the same day that I messaged but I wasn't available to have them come over. I opted for the deep cleaning which pretty much took care of all areas of the house, including living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc. I ended up running errands during the time they were scheduled to clean so I just let the maids do their thing and came back after a few hours. They were definitely very thorough with their work. I had a spot in the carpet that I didn't successfully remove in the past but somehow they did. I knew I had some dust buildup and they pretty much took care of all the dust too. They even cleaned the inside of my oven which I never thought about before. I really enjoyed the place after they were done. The pricing is pretty decent for a deep cleaning. I had such a good experience with them that I would highly recommend this company to others who needs a detailed cleaning service. They do have some promos for first time customers too! They have promos for re-occurring cleans which would be nice for those who don't have time to clean on a periodic basis or even AirBnb hosts.

They trashed my brand new cooktop that was less than three months old and my new kitchen sinks that were only six months old after a full kitchen renovation. Whichever of the three ladies that cleaned my kitchen TRASHED my cooktop and double sinks by using a scrubber that left both items completely scratched. I don't even use one of those sinks. It's my drying sink. Deep scratches everywhere. I'm just glad she didn't bother to clean the the fridge doors, dishwasher and microwave. Thank god! She would have killed those too! But listen...I can't prove it. I dont have cameras. So I can just live with the damage or re-buy $1800 worth of new kitchen items. They offered me a free cleaning...hard pass! Stay out of my house! Thanks Graceful Maids...for nothing. Your employees are liars. She absolutely ruined my cook top and sink.

At the time, I was at Walmart, planning to return by 10 AM, and my parents, who don't speak English, were at home. My dad called me and spoke to the technician, who confirmed that the price would be $99 + tax for deep cleaning of two bedrooms, to be paid in cash. I told him I would be back in 15 minutes with the cash ready. When I arrived home, the technician was gone. I immediately called him, and he was rude and yelled at me, questioning why no one at my house spoke English. My dad had only said "no English" because he couldn't communicate. After the technician left, my dad locked the door, which anyone would do after seeing someone leave. If the technician needed help, he could have easily rung the doorbell. The worst part was when he told me he wouldn't come back for the original price and demanded $136 + tax instead. It was clear he tried to take advantage of the fact that March 31st was our last day in the rental, and we needed to have the carpet cleaned by that date. His behavior was dishonest, manipulative, and completely unprofessional. He showed no respect or basic decency. I would never recommend this service to anyone. His actions were unprofessional, dishonest, and racially insensitive. Avoid this business at all costs.
