My order was a very simple one, replacing parts related to a broken clutch rod on a 1974 F100. I was impressed by LMC Truck's comprehensive catalog. The replacement parts fit great, and I'm happy to report that the truck is back on the road. Shipping wasn't super fast, but was acceptable, especially considering that the parts were cheaper than anywhere else. 100% chance I will use LMC Truck again. read more

Very satisfied. Spoke with a human right away. I ordered a dash board cover for a 1994 dodge ram. It was recieved with a defect. Called LMC truck and spoke with Cali. She was polite and knowledgeable. She noted the issue and asked to please provide images of the damage for there records. Sent images through e-mail and received a confirmation that the e-mail was recieved along with the images. They processed the replacement ordered and the new replacement dashboard was recieved seven days after I called them. Thank you for the great customer service. read more

I have purchased a lot of parts from LMC for my Chevy Square Body pickups and have never been disappointed in the product or the service. I have tried some other suppliers that were less expensive and found that the parts didn't fit. With every part I have purchased from LMC the part fits. I am currently working to restore my 5th square, this one for a disabled Vet's Daughter. We are nearly done and LMC has been awesome to deal with once again. This isn't a show truck, but it will be her Daily Driver. read more

Great prices, terrible customer Service. Be aware they will probably send you the wrong part, and then speak down to you when you bring it up and make you feel like a pest. They'll promise a 24-72 hour return label, but this is a lie. It'll take weeks and several agitated phone calls. Then they'll ask you the weigh and size of the return as if you work at the post office and have a shipping scale handy. I recommend spending a bit more at Summit Racing, CJs pony parts, Brothers, or even FB marketplace over LMC. You may spend a few bucks more, but at least that way you'll get the correct part, great customer service, respect on the phone, and in the event you do get wrong part, they'll make it right, right away. LMC Truck is trash, not what they used to be. The website is another story all together: No email flows, abandoned cart flows, abandoned checkout flows, deals, text notifications, order tracking is a mess. All easy to do with add on applications. It would help to improve customer experience, and based on these other reviews, y'all need a better customer experience. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN CLAIMED THIS BUSINESS ON YELP. That's should tell you all you need. They don't care about you. read more

Jeff, supervisor at LMC Truck and his team are terrible at customer service. I ordered a part on their website, the description shows one image but when I received it, it was different. I spoke with their CSR who sent me an image and the part was for an LS Truck not a 383. She said I could return it for full refund but I'd have to pay for shipping. I told her, I paid for shipping for you all to send to me and paying for shipping to send something back your website description is inaccurate. Her firm position was yes. She came back and offered to slip the cost which didn't make sense. Then I get Jeff! I'd fire Jeff if he worked for me because he clearly lacks the ability to listen to understand and does not have any empowerment to do right by their customers. I've ordered, over the years, a number of parts for my classic truck. I'm a repeat customer but after this experience and employees like Jeff who want to quote polices and not do the right thing for an existing an repeat customer...I'd rather take my business elsewhere. I asked how to I get in contact with the CEO of the company and he said he could not provide that information but his managers name was Montoya and I can email the Customer Care email address online, attention Montoya. I will find a way to write to the CEO but this is my first avenue. read more

Well, I have tried to use LMC Truck and the parts I keep getting are made from all around the world. The problem with parts made all around the world is there is zero quality control. The parts I ordered are cheap, and I would not put them in my 1975 4x4. I ordered a steering wheel, horn button and installation kit. So the steering wheel and horn button are sent but no installation kit, and there is no date of new one coming in. What am I suppose to do with a steering wheel hang it on the wall? The positive thing lmc will do is take it all back, of course on my dime. Lmc sends you cheap or non use able parts and you pay for shipping and when it is the incorrect part or they dont' have it all and send you bits and pieces, you still have to pay for shipping to return the "CHEAP" so call repo parts. I restore cars for a living and this really pisses me off because they will take major advantage of just the hobbyist or weekend car dude. Do your self a favor and shop other places. I have learned my lesson, when you get a parts magazine and all the pictures are drawn, there is a reason. "CHEAP" and they don't want you to see it. A friend of mine is in advertising and said this is one of the oldest tricks in the book. Make a parts book with all drawn pictures and cheaper prices that your competitors and when the people purchase your cheap parts and have to return them, they usually don't want to be bothered with it. Free and easy money on LMC's part. Do your self a favor and shop somewhere else. I know they are quick and somewhat easy but the headache and return is horrible read more

Ordered parts from them for my classic truck. Never received, reached out to LMC numerous times, finally requested a full refund - that said that it would take a couple of weeks to process. Meantime I've been waiting for weeks to complete a project that now I have to go elsewhere and start the process over again. read more

One star because this business is untrustworthy. In my situation to build a custom C10 chassis, I purchased new cab perches from LMC to save a little time. Cab perches are the steel tabs that bolt to the frame and are used to mount the cab to the frame. The perches were clearly not at a 90 degree angle as they should be, about 5-8 degrees off compared to the angle of the cab mount and frame/original perches. Now, if I didn't have anything to compare the new car perches to (i.e. the stock ones were rusted out), I would have installed these perches followed by a sequence of problems such as frame twisting, worn out bushings or damaged cab supports. I haven't even got into the quality of the rest of the product but I'll make it short, all of LMC's products are made overseas with very low attention to detail in smaller gage steel than original. Small details make a big difference in the automotive world and LMC is happy to exploit both the county of origin and the USA when they sell junk parts. Installing LMC parts on your classic will damage the car, you're better off making anything and everything on your won. Shame on LMC. If you can't do it right, close your doors and find something else to do with your time. Seriously, all you're doing is importing parts and reselling them for profit (which is fine) but have some sort of quality control. Shame on LMC!! read more

placed a thousand dollar order all of the items were either wrong fit or damaged i refused part of the order when i saw the 1955 hood already had been returned as damaged by the last customer acording to the sign on it it arived 2weeks late with no invoice part of the parts were for 1947 .they wont fit . going on 2months now and still havent shiped any replacement parts i got a hundred dollar gift card and a new catalog the parts are not restoration quality. there catalog has parts they do not disclose that it wont work with your vehicle such as the power window kit theres no way u can get it between the door and door panel as they are flush! i should have checked yelp first lesson learned read more
