I am restoring a 1962 Chevy Stepside Pickup. LMC Truck is just one of many options for parts for…read moreclassic trucks. Their prices and selection are in line with with their competitors, but where they get you is on shipping and handling charges. For example, I placed an order with LMC and Classic Truck Parts the same day. Both orders arrived the same day and both boxes weighed almost the same. LMC charged me $23.75 shipping and handling while Classic Truck parts charged me just $7.95. In todays tough economy, I can not afford to waste money on over inflated S&H charges, I would rather put the money into parts for my truck. Plus most online retailers offer super low or free shipping these days. LMC's shipping and handling charges need to be brought more inline with todays market. You can bet the next time I need parts for my classic truck, I won't order from the company that overcharges me on shipping and handling.

Customer service is great, but the quality of the parts is shit so just save your money and find AC Delco genuine parts . This place just does not carry it. They carry cheap Chinese knock off and it sucks. I'm just upset. I've spent a ton of money to not only buy the parts and also replace them for the second time. Gotta love doing a restoration project and your stuff not even lasting a year talk about horrible quality every single part oh window regulators gone bad electric ones worth the motor have burnt out like I said every component I have purchased from this company has been subpar quality if you wanna waste your money go for it

I was driving my family around in the van when I hear a chirping sound under the hood, then my A/C…read moregoes out, and my battery light goes on. It's 95 degrees outside. In my best Scottish accent I yelled, "Great! That's just great!" I pulled in to O'Reilly's on Marshall drive (just off I-35) . The first guy tests the battery, and says it's indeed low. I asked for prices on a new one, but he pointed out that my current battery was under warranty from the place I bought it, so I should take it back. This alone is worth some stars because it saved $80, and was honest, but it gets better. Meanwhile, I looked down and saw my serpentine belt was broken in two! That's not good, and explains the rest of the problems with the AC and battery. To have the van towed and have even a cheap mechanic replace this would be $300 MINIMUM, and likely more. I bought a belt there for $12, and another O'Reilly guy helped me replace it. He looked up the diagram (it wasn't under the hood like usual) and loaned me the tools. Within 45 minutes or less, I was back on the road and all is good. So what could have been a day or two without the van and $380+, turned into $12 (plus what I tipped the guy on the side) in under an hour. If I need any auto parts or advice, there's only one place I'm going henceforth!

Rush Truck Center Olathe sold us a 2019 Hino box truck that had been in 2 accidents but never…read moredisclosed it to us. (according to carfax) This truck was sold to us under the guise of a well maintained fleet vehicle, it wasn't. I was told that the mechanic who did the inspection no longer worked there, how convenient. During the first 30 days the waterpump went out. Next the floor was so badly decayed that the forklift loading it almost fell through the floor. Next in October, during a routine oil change, we found out that the u-joints and air suspension were bad. The repair shop told us that there was no way that they didn't know if they truly inspected the truck. Next up the truck needed a wiring harness which took them about a month to sort out. Finally we found out that the radiator was clogged with red clay dirt. We don't do any business in Oklahoma, but we pass through it on the highway. Every time this truck breaks down, we lose tens of thousands of dollars. How does anybody run a business with a truck like this that was never road worthy? I asked Matt Getz the GM, and he stated that they run reports similar to carfax and they have a process in place, really? Either way they should've known that this truck had been in two accidents and never should've been sold to us at a premium price! Would you buy a truck from them if you knew it had been in two accidents? We were completely deceived!! You be the judge.

A week later, it's finally done. Except it's not done. "What we thought would fix it didn't really fix it." I tell them I want to pick it up immediately and tell them to cease work. "Well we haven't done the oil change yet, do you still want that done?". Of course I do, considering you told me it was already done. Pick it up, Ryan doesn't even look me in the eyes, ashamed much? Get it home. The next day, my brake indicator light is on and blinking (even when not engaged). I send him the video and ask for help. I didn't blame him or accuse. He says, "fluid levels were fine at time of service". I again for help, and get "not sure". Stay away from these guys. Highway robbery and seemingly no competence.
