Today my my 2nd hair cut with Luiza...curl magican id love to call her. After 13 months since my first cut with Luiza and trying to grow up my pixie hair cut I had for years . She restored my faith in my natural curls. Not only did she make me feel welcomed again but she treated me like a friend and someone really who cared that I felt good about myself and my girls upon leaving. She's fantastic I love feeling feeling like a million dollars. Thank you Luiza for the time you took helping me to embrace my curls. The "know-how" at this salon is unreal, with one of the owners have studied in Paris at tge Dessanges school, and even include in their team a member that actually tought at the prestigious Parision School of Coiffure!! Their amazing service starts upon entry with a wonderful host!! all the way to your favorite hair dresser. My daughter went to another salon to color and cut her hair but they did an awful job she left that salon crying. I came to LM salon so they can fix her hair. Andrea fixed her hair color and her haircut. She was extremely happy. I had my hair colored, cut, and I told my stylist Andrea to bring out my natural curls. Other hair salons never knew how to handle my curls but Andrea did a fantastic job. I never seen my curls look so vibrant and bouncy. My son got his hair washed and cut. He was happy as well. I can not recommend Luzia, the owner, enough. She is a genius with curly hair. I have not had my hair curly for 25 years and never thought I'd get my curls back. She spent three hours with me on my first visit giving me a cut, highlights, and then showing me how to curl my hair myself using product, a diffuser, and my fingers. This is natural no curling iron. I have been straightening my hair for 25 years and now I can wash and go. She loves what she does and is very educated on the science of hair. I see some bad reviews on her shop but I can't imagine not being happy with her. If you want your curly hair back go see her you won't be sorry!! read more

I showed them pic 1 an example, then pic 2 is what I got. Far from what I explained and the picture showed. Obviously, it's totally DIFFERENT! The most horrible haircut I've ever got. I'm so depressed and need to wear a hat to work for weeks. They don't listen to me and just do what they want. There's nothing I can do right now because it's toooooooo short and no shape at all. Awesome salon! Everyone who works there are just lovely! I came in with hip long hair, needing a change. Luzia, the owner, was my stylist and she was amazing! She talked with me about what I was looking for and wanted out of my experience. She exceeded my expectations! Very warm, friendly and informative. I told her I wanted to learn how to take care of my curls, so as she worked on my hair, she explained what she was doing and how i can do it myself. As well as showing me the motions and trying it myself. Which has been very helpful in the days since my visit! I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better hair cut. First time customer here. After a silent haircut, the stylist gave me unsolicited medical advice about my diet, which I felt was her body shaming me. She is not a doctor, nor does she know anything about my diet. I called to ask for a refund and was told that the owner would call me back at least 3 times. I never received a phone call, and the staff doubled down on the comments that were made. It was absolutely not worth the $85 for a 25 minute service, plus body shaming. I had the best experience at LM Salon. I went in for my very first curly cut. Luzia was amazing. I was nervous at first as I have never had a curly cut before. Luzia is so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. She not only gave me a great cut but she walked me through step by step on how to style it when I get home. She taught me so much and I am able to do it by myself when I am home. I couldn't believe the hair was mine when she was done. She brought out so much of my natural curls. I got a full head of highlights on my blonde hair a couple weeks ago and I'm just so disappointed with how uneven and yellow my hair turned out to be. She didn't layer well and as more time goes on the more I notice how bad the coloring is. I paid 350$. Overpriced for not that good of a service and the full head of highlights was done horribly :( read more

Everything was great here, starting from the warm welcome until the end. And the added perk of a massage chair that reclines and lifts your legs up while you get your hair washed, is sooo relaxing and such a great idea, Ive never seen before at other salons. Paula was fantastic- she completely understood what I wanted eventhough I really wasnt sure how to explain it! She was so friendly and so attentive, making sure everything was perfect down to every last little detail at the end when she was styling it. Because I love the way a friend's hair always looks, I asked her for a recommendation. She told me she has been coming to LM Salon for 20+ years. So on her recommendation I made an appointment with Joyce. I told Joyce I have "problem" hair...fine, no body, gets frizzy in the hint of humid weather. Joyce gave me the best haircut I've ever had! I asked her to stack the back and leave me with the look of fullness. Darned if she didn't get my problem hair to look amazing! Next appointment I decided I needed my constantly frizzing hair smoothed. Joyce recommended True keratin treatment. I was very nervous as I have fine hair but I took a leap of faith with Joyce's judgement. I am now getting compliments on how good my hair looks. Oh did I mention the color? Amazing hair cut and balayage from Luzia!! This salon is absolutely NOT fatphobic and the ignorant bs social justice warrior was offended because she asked about the person's vitamin usage.. As a person with AI disease, this is absolutely a question a hair stylist should ask because my first symptoms were low vitamin D and lesions on my head causing my hair to fall out... If my previous stylist had asked me these questions, I may have looked into the reasons why and been diagnosed years earlier. They do not give medical advice, and if you actually took a second to talk to her, you would know that. I digress, I have huge, super curly, 3C hair and it's sooooo difficult to find a stylist that can ACTUALLY cut and style my hair. I showed her a few pictures, and she executed beyond my wildest dreams!!! They have the best products and a great selection. The salon atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, you can tell the staff are treated well and always talking about the latest and greatest in hair care and it's well taken care of and sanitary. Truly the most disturbing experience. I came in for a cut. I asked to have 2 and a half inches taken off . After blowing a fuse and having to have my hair cut without watching in the mirror the stylist turn me around to reveal over 6 inches cut off and layers that were over 8 inches off. I have never had such horrifying experience at a salon. I write this in hopes that they will listen to you . There is nothing I can do but wait for my hair to grow. Very very sad.... read more
