This was my first spa experience and it was lovely- from the friendly front desk personnel to the Swiss shower in the locker rooms. I highly recommend coming 30 min early though. I arrived only 10 minutes before my appointment, and it wasn't enough time to check in, finish the paperwork, and change into the robe. The facial ended up being closer to 45 minutes instead of 60 because we got started late. However- it definitely did not take away from the quality of the facial. Furthermore, the added time spent in the relaxation room/steam room/ shower made up for it! The experience was very relaxing and personalized. I will be back!

So I called in Dec and got an appointment for mid Jan. I had to reschedule the Jan appointment and got another one for mid Feb. Not sure if it was because I had a groupon. Anyways the place is easy to find if you are using google maps. Plenty of parking available. When I walked in there was no one at the reception since Carine was with another client in the room. The place is cozy and little later Carine came out. She gave paper work to do and asked to be seated for sometime. My facial was good. Carine did a nice job. She was very quiet and I decided to have a general talk during the facial since we hardly spoke when i checked in. My facial was done in about 45 mins, would have been nice if it was for 60 mins. She did not try up-sell any products or book another appointment which was nice. I would return for another facial.

Gabby, the owner, greeted me as I ascended the stairs to the front desk. I immediately stepped into in a calming, serene space filled with an amazing aroma that enveloped me. I had no doubt this was probably going to be the best facial I ever had. I was led into the treatment room to begin my 90 minute facial of 'Self Love'. Gabby is amazing! Each and every step was fluid, like a symphony, each having its own solo, yet working together to create amazing results. And Gabby went above and beyond! I had walked in with a knee injury, and she had prepared a salve to massage my knee after my facial concluded. WOW, just wow! Like I said, 10 if I could! And yes, BEST facial I'd ever had!
