I'd never heard of EP, so I was skeptical that the offer would also be significantly less once I brought the car in. I texted with Chentel about the necessary paperwork and options since my MIL is in Assisted Living. I talked to Chrystal the next day and scheduled an appointment. Ben processed and evaluated the car. EP honored the Online Offer even though they found a chip in the windshield even CM hadn't seen. I called my MIL to come sign and we were in and out within an hour (I don't remember the name of the young lady who processed the paperwork, but she's learning Korean). I've bought / sold 13 BMWs in my life and the experience with EP rivaled my experience with the best BMW Dealerships.
